Nous avons pris les services de Thermo-Teck en 2014 suite à la recommandation d'un de nos voisins. Le service pour l'installation de système de climatisation était bien dans l'ensemble (4/5), mais le service après les travaux est décevant (1/5). Malgré de nombreux appels téléphoniques et courriels au responsable un an plus tard, nous n'avons pas eu suite à aucune de nos tentatives. C'est difficile et impossible de contacter l'équipe après que l'installation du système de climatisation avait été terminée, et c'est une raison importante pourquoi je ne recommanderai pas cet équipe.

We constantly go back to Jorge for our A/C and heat pump services. He is an honest contractor that really puts his customers first. He always offers multiple options and will let you know when the extra investment is worth it or not.

After a professional installation in 2018, I required service as the heat pump was not functioning. Within four days of contacting Thermo-Tek (and that includes the weekend), I am one again bathing in the comfort of an air-conditioned home!Thanks Jorge for your excellent service.
