The best customer service experience that I've had in a long time!Jonathon was professional, personable and paid amazing attention to detail when getting the previous owners dog urine out of the carpet.Living in Becker it's difficult getting companies out without a crazy minimal charge but being a local company, Long and Sons has a more realistic minimal charge.I will hire them anytime that I need carpet, upholstery, or tile and grout cleaning.

You needs to ask for ALL of the costs associated with their service...We had a coupon for $159 and ended up paying $500 because they suggested additional service....Carpet does look good and they were on time. Duct cleaner did not show up....Have to take another day off if we want them cleaned.

I thought our light grey carpet we got about a year and a half ago was doomed to be a weird light brown color and worn from traffic between us and our dogs. Amazing results, our carpet looks brand new again!

They didn't even bother to clean the edges of the room. To be fair, some of the carpet isn't redeemable and I don't hold it against this company but what could be cleaned, was not done.

Marc estimated it would cost $320 and the final cost ended up being $435 (to clean less than 1000 square feet of carpet). Only used Long & Son because we were in a tight squeeze to clean our rental before moving out. Would not recommend you use them in any scenario. Poor value and poor experience.

Jon and Mike are AWESOME! I have Long and Sons come at least once a year! They are miracle works too when it comes to stains and have always came back to go over something again or maybe use a different, upgrade product if necessary without hesitation or hassle! They are the ONLY ones I trust to clean my carpets and are VERY fairly priced!! I HIGHLY recommend!

We had a 10:00 a.m. appointment, when they were not at our house at 10:30 we called. The girl called the cleaner and he stated his van broke down. She said she would have somebody out in 15 minutes. 1 hour later we called back and asked again where is our carpet cleaner. Our 10:00 appointment, they finally showed up at noon. They did not offer us a discount or an explanation. I would not recommend using them ever
