They recovered all my data from my s20 after it had sea water damage, and everywhere else said was hopeless. I was shocked they did it within a week after i thought was impossible, and so I gave & entrusted them with my external hard drive which became unreadable. It was my entire life on it & they were able to recover it all! It took some time but they kept in the loop through out the whole process as it was a challenging job & critical data repair. I'm beyond Thank Full, money well spent, very trust worthy.

Took my two ancient MacBook Pro laptops to Angel at Macguys as I needed all the data transferred from these seemingly dead" computers onto a hard drive. Angel was FANTASTIC! Knowledgable

The service at this place is amazing. Brought my broken laptop to them on Saturday, they called me within a few hours diagnosing the issue and I was able to pick it up two days later. Laptop is working perfectly. Super nice guys, efficient, professional and the service was reasonably priced. 10/10 recommend

Angel is an absolute gentleman and a scholar. He was totally cool and calm about my data recovery from an old iMac that even apple technicians from the apple store told me was unrecoverable. Apple would not even touch my Mac! Regardless, Angel knew exactly what to do and had a back up plan even if his first option wouldn't work. He just seemed to have a strategy and an answer for all of my questions. His knowledge and confidence was amazing. In the end- he recovered all my data!!I couldn't be happier with the service and must say that it is rare to find outstanding people like Angel in today's day and age.

There are many shysters in this line of businesses, in fact several of them are on St Clair, but not this one. Honest individual who knows the value of good customer relationships. Customer for life here.

All around great service. Was in a rush on the way to work a few days ago, came in with my mac and explained the symptoms; they knew the solution right away. Needless to say, I'm typing this on mac they repaired. So far so good.

This review is long overdue! I brought my partner's old laptop in to be fixed and had a really great experience. Both people I worked with were very kind and informative, taking the time to explain to me the issue and solution to fixing the laptop. Really reasonable pricing and an extremely fast turnaround! Would recommend to anyone!

Charged me a $75 diagnostic fee and promised it would reduce my overall fee. However, charged me the full fee on top. Then, installed the wrong OS on the wrong hard drive and wiped all my data. These guys might be okay with Macbooks but definitely stay away if you use Windows. 2 stars is for eventually refunding the diagnostic fee.
