Came into get some shoes for myself ,the store employees that helped me were kind and helpful in getting me the perfect shoes.A little bit of a rush but it’s okay ,the wait wasn’t that long considering the employees (I think they’re students not sure) we’re getting through customers fast.

Good selection with a discount going on always. And one of the two reeboks in BC

I was so disappointed by the store manager (Olu) who was so rude to me and didn’t receive back the shoes that I purchased last week whereas I showed her the receipt, unbelievable!!!Hopefully the other customers will not be treated like me

Extremely disappointed customer service. I went there and 2-3 customer service representatives with cashier was doing something on phone and gossiping while I was asking for help and they were not interested. I have recorded video and I have photos, ask me if you want. They really not interested to help customers. Please replace your staff or give more training. I felt they were students and came for fun job but they should also give guide to customers. I’m very disappointed to see in Reebok Canada. Please check your camera and management should do proper steps to trained them and don’t lose company brand. I’m happy with shoe quality but not customer service in your store. Thanks.

Couldn't reccomend anyone this store. The service is terrible and a small selection. Can't believe reebok would be ok with this

The sales people who were present when I bought the shoes promised that I can replace them within a month if I encounter any problems, but when I went to the shop, those employees were not there and the store manager told me that I could not change the shoes, but one of the shoes caused a very bad heel injury. Moreover, it was used for one day and despite my insistence on its unhealthy situation, they did not help in any way. The reason for not to change is very strange that it has been used outside for a day. Do you think it is not a adequate reason for a change if a product harms the body? answer NO!

I never consider buying reebok at full prices but have gotten 3 pairs since this store has consistently had a good deal and price. I got 2 pairs of club c shoes and a royal techque one - all for 40% off. I strongly recommend coming in if you're looking for a good deal esp for just a white sneaker because reebok is super comfy. The staff are very helpful since I took time deciding so I appreciate them being patient.
