Envision Weddings and Events

I had met Kim through the wedding network grapevine before as a fellow wedding vendor (She was fantastic and extremely organized and helpful) but did not realize she did floral decor on top of wedding planning. After 3 unsuccessful attempts with other floral companies to achieve the tropical themed wedding I had wanted, I reached out to Kim as soon as I found out she offered floral services. Kim was super easy to talk to, fun, outgoing and understood my vision, worked with my budget and was totally into it and liked a little bit of a challenge since tropical/dried flowers is more of a unique request in Toronto. Flowers were one of the most important features to my wedding so I was a bit nervous since you won't know what all of it will look like until the day of and there had been supply issues in the floral industry due to COVID.Everything looked amazing, and while some things were switched a bit due to supply problems, Kim made it work without taking away from my vision. My bouquet was more than I could have imagined - extremely gorgeous!! I had so many compliments from guests on the flower arrangements and how beautiful and unique they were from other weddings they had attended in the past. Kim also has a large team and was able to work around the surprise time crunch that our venue gave us just 2 months before the wedding. Everything was set up and ready to go which was no easy feat. Kim went above and beyond and could not be happier with the result!

My fiancée and I hired Envision Weddings to be our planner for our big day and it was honestly one of the best investments that we have ever made.From they beginning they were professional yet down to earth at the same time. They did a wonderful job of taking the stress away from a normally very stressful event.And then there was our Senior planner, Jenna. She is organized, extremely easy to get along with and has a passion for what she does. We honestly felt like we were planning the wedding with a good friend.They say you can’t have a wedding without something going wrong and for ours it seemed like everything that could possibly go wrong was going wrong. A storm hit on the day of the wedding and knocked out the power at our venue for most of the day. This is when we saw Jenna at her best - not only did she spring into action right away but she kept us completely calm during the whole ordeal and through multiple calls and running around and with the help of some friends we were able to still carry out everything that we had set out to do and planned for so long!Thank you Jenna and Envision weddings for making our big day a success even with all the challenges thrown at us.Sarah & Andy

As the mother of the bride along with the mother of the groom we were greatly disappointed with the flowers. The flowers looked a few days old, brown tipped and wilted also opened up wide ready to fall apart. When we saw the flowers two hours before the ceremony it was too late to do anything about it.1 was hiding my wrist corsage as I didn't want anyone to see how horrible it looked. Very unprofessional on their part as we were stressed and angry with their choice to send wilted, brown tipped flowers to a wedding. For sure not recommending this florist.

We worked with Jenna and the Envision team for the 2 months leading up to our wedding. Everyone was incredibly friendly, warm, and we felt like they were genuinely invested in creating our dream wedding. Jenna was so detail-oriented with planning and kept us on track with weekly checklists. She also created beautiful custom wedding stationary for us and spent so much time making sure we were happy with every single detail. Jenna always made sure to be available for any questions or concerns we had and handled everything with such care, thought, and efficiency. On the day of, Jenna and her assistant, Gabrielle, were total godsends! From helping us bring decor to the venue to making sure I stayed hydrated to setting up the space (it was gorgeous!!) to taking care of everything with our vendors, Jenna made sure that we could sit back and enjoy our day. The Envision Team are A+ wedding planners, fantastic humans, and we are so grateful to them for making our wedding day perfect.

Kimberly is professional and was great to work with for our 2022 wedding. She provided great advice in the lead-up, and her + her team was very efficient day-of. Thank you for making our day special. We highly recommend!

Kim and her team helped make our wedding everything we had hoped for. We came to Kim with a vision of what we wanted the day to look and feel like and she brought that vision to life perfectly. Kim's approach made the experience fun and relaxing, while also being highly coordinated and detail-oriented, cannot recommend her services enough.

After contacting several different wedding planners, we decided to go with Envision Weddings and Events since we felt an instant connection with Kimberly over the phone. We worked with Cynthia who was beyond incredible! There were several moments throughout the night where I could have easily been stressed out but she always had a solution for everything which made our night all the more memorable. Several of our guests spoke highly of her cheerful bubbly persona and can-do attitude. I could not recommend Cynthia enough and will definitely be suggesting her to anyone I know in the future who is tying the knot :)

Kimberly and her team organized and coordinated our 4 day long wedding week - a fusion (Indian and Persian) wedding. The wedding week was perfect and it was all because of her and her team. They were so responsive, answered our questions at all hours of the day, and put their heart and soul into making the events special for us. Kim truly cares about the events and it is so obvious in her mannerisms. While we were not completely sure about the Indian and Persian traditions ourselves, Kim went out of her way to teach us about the specifics and how the ceremonies would proceed. We highly recommend Kim and her team to everyone. They went above and beyond what we would have ever expected from their team. I don’t think that there is a team out there that cares more about their clients’ weddings.
