It such a nice place to work in with great and friendly team members,who makes everyday of our work so joyful and less stress. The resident are so amazing and appreciative all the time and am so comfortable to call some resident as my family because they make me feel I have a family in them and treat me us their own.The food here is so delicious and am glad to be part of Amica StoneyCreek which care about the well-being of their residents.

It's absolutely beautiful there, it's like a hotel. Energy is very positive and absolutely amazingly friendly staff.

Amica Stoney Creek is by far the BEST Residence in the Hamilton Niagara Region. Its clean, the staff are very loving, and gentle, and the programs, and food are top notch! I love the fact they can TRULY offer all care supports. Lifts, transfers, feeding, companionship, and assisted living/ memory care neighborhoods ( designed by the best!), and even palliative care ( even this care is outstanding!!!) . You can feel the warmth, and love the moment you walk in.

My nona is here. She seems to enjoy it but I would say the staff don't seem to like me very much. We tried to move her quickly but the elevator was broken and I got in trouble for having a fun time with my cousin's. All in all, take care of nona and hey, make her the tasty meat a ball.

My mom has lived there since it opened 2 years ago. Food and activities are awesome. Location is walkable to shops, library and restaurants. She loves it

Do not be fooled by the appearance of the place. While it is modern and slick looking, the management team and staff do not have the competence or motivation to care for your loved one in the way they deserve. My mother was in the facility for 2 years. In that time, I observed verbal abuse to my mother, untrained and unqualified workers administering insulin (legally nurses are required to do this but that wasn't the case at Amica), poor nutritional controls and charges for services and medications that were never provided. These are just a fraction of the many infractions -- my concerns are so serious that I plan to share them with the CEO and board members and regulatory agencies.
