In & Out Registry / North Central

My experience with In and Out Registry in Edmonton North was very negative. I would rate them a zero if it were possible. The staff, particularly the Clerks, were extremely rude and unhelpful. They frequently interrupted me while I was explaining what services I needed. When I went to change my legal name, the process took much longer than it should have. When I asked for assistance and an explanation, the Clark was uncooperative and made no effort to resolve the issue. Overall, I strongly advise against using this registry.

I have been to this establishment for 2 road tests which they failed me for both times, on technicalities or by taking me down roads where the speed limit suddenly changed in very short intervals. The instructors were very rude to me, and spoke with disrespect and treated me like I was a criminal because I had a 1 year suspension on my record. I got my Drivers in Alberta when I was 16 years old on first try after attending AMA Driving School. This place is ridiculous and obviously does their part to contribute to the 66% Failure rate for new drivers in Alberta. But thats besides the point, They were not a joy to deal with! Avoid.

I did my road test this morning and the examiner is amazing! The instructor made me feel very calm as he could see I was nervous, he asked me if I had any questions before the road test. If your thinking of doing your road test here you should definitely do and you won’t regret it.

Examiner Randy is out here doing the work of the Gods! Randy is an examiner, a motivator, a validator, and a counsellor all in one! I was nervous, sweating and all around scared with knots in my tummy during my exam.. Randy walked me through all of those emotions and it helped me greatly to perform well on my exam. And I pass, after a few trial and error. I’ve never had such an experience with an examiner before. This is refreshing! So, shoutout to In and Out Registry on 82street! But the most shoutout goes to Randy. Your golden brethren Randy. Examiner Randy is AMAZING! He is very friendly and professional. His positive energy and smile helped me to pass my road test.If you are looking where to book your road test, this is a great place. Big recommendations for this place and the best Examiner Randy! He explains everything before the road test, even after the test, he is so patient and will give you feedback on all your mistakes and also on your positive moves.Also, very positive comments on the young lady who is working on the front door, she was also very kind, nice and friendly. She made me feel welcome and very comfortable!Good job in and out registry, you have great people working at this location! I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends!

I left a bad review, but after visiting the place again. I believe I was having a bad day as I don't see anything anymore that I left on my previous review. Tellers were really nice and the lady at the back of the line worked really swiftly helping people and asking what they needed help with.

I had just reached the province of Alberta and i was at In & Out Registry to do my mandatory provincial documentation.I observed the staff is knowledgeable and super helpful.Jem & Joan attended to me, they both were courteous and very helpful. I'm sure and would like to state both Jem & Joan alongwith all of the other staff are an asset to the organization. Kudos & Keep up the good work.

Road test was smooth! Thank you to Randy, Samson & Jem for the great service! Took my road test twice as I did not pass the first time & both examiners were courteous & very professional to explain every detail about the road test. Randy & Samson are experts in their field & I highly recommend them.Shoutout to Jem as well for anticipating clients needs by providing assistance while clients are waiting in line.Overall great service from this Registry!JG

I came today to simply get my ID, prior to this, I called twice on Friday to checked with the requirements. The person over the phone was super helpful to give me the information, sadly I missed to get her name. In addition, Huey who was so helpful, knowledgeable and super kind, not to mention very professional has helped me get, not just ID but she was also able to help me transfer my US license to Alberta License. I am so grateful with her attentiveness to details and you can tell she loves her job. She asked me few questions and few other requirements to get my driving record transferred. She was also so kind to make a copy of my state license and informed me few more informations, made suggestions and before I knew it. I was done with the eye exam, took photo and just within 10minutes I was done. It was so quick and I was definitely so happy and glad for Huey. Thank you so very much for making my first experience so wonderful.

This registry is quick & efficient. I never had to wait long to be served. The lady who served me is one of the best registry personnel I have ever dealt with. The moment I stepped in I was approached my a lady who verified my documents to see if I had all the required paperwork for what I was there for. I definitely recommend this registry & will use it agin for sure.
