Great customer service. I got there 5 min after they closed, the guy name Harry was in his car about to leave when he saw me. He opened it up for me and i was able to pick up from UPS my sons nintendo that he was waiting for a very long time...

It would be great if they actually were open during the hours that they post . So far three people have come up tried the door and left . Great business practice!

I work for the competition and they sent a client our way because the guy working at Pay Day Loan Mart said they were not taking clients right now... come back in 3 weeks." LOL. WHAT A JOKE. Thanks for the business."

I was stuck in Burlington because my car had broken down and I couldn't get a loan because I am on CPP and OAS and live in Kitchener. They wouldn't give me a payday loan. Very disappointing visit to them. I wouldn't recommend them

UPS attempted a delivery to my residence which required a signature. The package was dropped off at this secondary location for my pickup. I checked the internet to find out Pay Day was open at 10:00 am. I arrived at 10:20 only to discover the front door locked and it was closed. I called UPS and advised them this was the second time this has happened to me at this location. At 10:45 a guy stills in blocking the front door, looks at me sitting in my car, turns on the open sign and walks in. I walk inside and he is talking to someone his cell phone (personal call) and docent say a word to me. I hand him my claim ticket and he walks to the back returning to the desk while still talking to someone on his phone. I have no idea how these clowns get hired or why UPS a nationally recognized company would even use this business as a pickup location. He failed to even acknowledge he was late or offer an apology or excuse, which I'm sure would have been a lie anyways. UPS please remove this company from your secondary pickup locations , they don't deserve to be associated to your company.

Website says he is open at 10:30 i had to wait in the cold till 11:30 AM for him to show up.I would have come back but I have a package that was delivered here and it is time sensitive before they return it.The man was very apologetic and polite so I switched from 1 star to 3Seems like if your a package delivery spot you need to be on time.

The young man that works there is pretty decent..At first their timing sucked but after a conversation today I found out there real hours.. and they were always open on time.. I have had nothing but great service with payday loan martI’m in and out in a matter of mins :)

Horrible experience!! Own a home for 18 years... 28 years same employer. Clear bank record. But because I didn't have a CELL PHONE was refused even though I have the same phone number and landline for 18 years. Absolutely ridiculous. The worker Nishant Shah called his manager" who cowardly refused to speak with me! BTW - Nowhere on the website

2 bad experiences Guy behind the counter was dismissive rude while trying to sell some old gold and was told we don't do that" and when I asked why he laughed and said cause we don't. If it's covid related I understand but he could have said that...another experience I've had trying to cash a pay check the guy looked at itand said that he won't do it because "store policy and hes not allowed to share that info with me.. poor service poorly run business do not use this place at all unless you wanted to be treated terribly and laughed at"
