Lake Street Dental

I am so impressed with the quality of care given at Lake Street Dental. All the staff are fantastic. This is a rare office which still delivers a personal touch to every one of their patients. They genuinely care about you and it clearly shows even during a quick conversation. Kudos to the team who are truly the best in the city!

Super friendly staff! I am terrified of dentists but the entire staff I had contact with put me at complete ease and were competent, caring and courteous. I truly recommend if you want excellent service with a genuine smile.

I had an amazing experience here. The staff are great and Dr. Younis does amazing work. I always hate the dentist and have had a bit of dental work done when i was younger. I have been looking for a good dentist to continue the work on my teeth and repair my fillings when needed.I had to have one of my old fillings replaced as it was coming loose. Dr. Younis was very considerate about the fact that i am terrified of needles and helped me through it. I felt no pain what so ever. She even fixed a few of my chipped front teeth free of charge while we were waiting for the freezing to set in. She kept checking in with me throughout the process to make sure i felt no pain and that i was okay.The only thing I will say i did not like was the pricing. I had always been covered under family plans and school dental plans until this year and i had no idea how much dental work would cost so when they told me it would be $400 i didn't think too much of it. I just assumed dental work was expensive but after speaking with a few friends they informed me that was extremely expensive and they had gotten a few filling done for that price. $400 is a lot of money when you're paying out of pocket for it.

I got my teeth cleaned at Lake Street Dental last week. The staff is professional, compassionate and knowledgeable. Dr Younis clearly explained my options for treatment when I've had issues. I love the modern new look after the renovation too. Recommend this clinic 100% if you're looking for consistently great treatment!

Extremely rude, arrogant manager of the clinic. Absolutely no phone manners and laughed at me when I said I'd like to speak to the manager I am the manager haha". I'm never coming back to this clinic

Absolutely one of the best dental practices I have had treat me. Waiting area is bright, front staff are great and, once you're in the chair, Dr. Younis and her staff are truly excellent! My genes tend to test dentists, but they dealt with me with great humour and zero discomfort. Recommended!

Amazing customer service and friendly staff, had no problem booking an appointment and being taken care of, the there office is very nice and a comforting atmosphere I’d give a 10/10

I have been a patient of Dr. Younis for the past 10 years! She is amazing, and has great bedside manners - I bring my 4 kids and they feel very comfortable. I highly recommend her to all my friends and family.The clinic is so professional and clean, the staff is so friendly and I'm glad we do not need to look for another dentist - she's a keeper!

I've never before seen such a considerate and caring group of health care professionals. This place is such a great find. I feel lucky to be a patient.
