My experience with Canadian cannabis Clinic was easy and they are always willing to help in any way. During the pandemic I was able to have a telephone consult in order to renew my prescription without a hitch!

It's one thing when the staff and the establishment is very nice and friendly. It's another thing when the very own doctor abuse me of lying about adult Osgood-Schlatter disease without looking it up or even requesting the proof from the hospital records which I'm an open book about.. sure lots of people had good experience with this place. But as a black man I felt disrespected and disregarded. Because of the lack of interest of medical proof..I personally wanted to leave and find another clinic in total so I did.. and I am much happier with new doctor..

I have been going here for about 2 years now. The staff, counsellor and my doctor are all amazing. never a rush to get your out. It can be really busy with apps's so it does get a bit long if there are many ahead of you. Hopefully this time it will be much quicker. Early morning apps's are the best especially if you are from out of town.

I have been suffering from chronic pain for over 20 years. I have 2 torn rotator cuffs in both shoulders and tendinitis in my left wrist. I am a former competing athlete with serious injuries that took me out of competition. During this time, I have medicated with Advil, Naproxen, celoxicob, Glucosamine, and Vimovo over the course of approximately 7 years without success.I have always known that cannabis had healing properties, and speaking with my family doctor, I asked for a referral to Canadian Cannabis Clinics.My family doctor was reluctant to refer me for cannabis treatment, and wanted to exhaust all medications first. I went along for this for many years, and finally I had enough of polluting my system with pills that dont work, and can potentially have harmful side effects because these meds are not recommended for long term use. 7 years to me is long term use, and I stopped all prescription medication and suffered from withdrawal for a long time.I did a self-referral to Canadian Cannabis Clinics, submitted Xrays, ultra sounds, and was contacted shortly after.I met with the doctor, was introduced to a cannabis counselor, and was approved for medical cannabis.1 year later, dealing with the same doctor, same counselor, and received additional support through email contact, I can report that after 20 long years of dealing with chronic pain, I am now completely pain free.Canadian Cannabis Clinics gave me my life back. I can now live an active lifestyle that I always wanted, and they always follow up with me. This is true care and support. They want to help you, that is their mission in my opinion.I am sad to see these negative comments here, which is why I felt compelled to share my success story. I have been a patient for 4 years now and the staff and doctors have all been amazing! They are very helpful with any questions I have, very prompt in returning phone calls, and if I didn't care for the way a prescription was making me feel they would adjust it or suggest a different strain.

My experience in this clinic was an absolute joke to be honest. I'd give 0 stars if I could. The lady at the front desk was super pleasant and nice but that's the only redeeming quality at this place. Dungy and gross. Waited over an hour past my appointment time to get seen by the medical assistant. However when my name was called someone else jumped up and took my spot and I was asked to wait an additional 15 minutes,okay fine. Medical assistant was uninterested and unable to properly communicate what kind of information he was after. Dirty office, garbage on the desk. Yuck. After that abysmal experience I'm told to go wait around the corner to see the doctor. Okay. I go, and oh look more waiting- to meet with a doctor via the computer. I weighed my options, I've wasted almost 2 hours here now.. do I stay or go. And I decided to leave. I had made an appointment with this clinic because of convenience, but my advice to anyone who can and is willing to drive to Toronto (which I will continue to do now) is go to the Apollo Research Clinic. It's well worth it.

When I went for the appointment in Whitby my experience was comfortable, helpful, lots of time to ask questions which I felt very free to ask, from the receptionist to the counseler, I left the clinic with hopes of feeling better and lots of information.

Amazing caring staff, great doctors who really listen to you. Even with cannabis being legal now, I still prefer my licensed provider who was recommended by my cannabis counsellor. They made sure that the provider was the right fit for my needs.

Dr Hatlapa is very rude. Rushes through patients and just prescribes anything. No care or time for patients.Just take it

After 2 years with CCC, I can highly recommend them. Initial consultation was thoroughly done but I found myself repeating my information to 2 different people. That was 2 years ago. Since then I've had a very pleasant relationship with CCC. They are well organized and always there to answer any questions regarding strains, insurance etc. They are always on time with appointments. The online appointments work especially well. I'd highly recommend them!
