We had an old kitchen sink disposal that was cracked and leaking. I called Fast Response and they were able to come the next morning with a new disposal unit. They installed the new unit and removed the old one for me. It was quick and efficient, took all of less than 20 minutes. Good value for the speed and convenience.

They were fast, low cost, and friendly. Didn't try to take advantage of me. I also like how well they worked together. Replaced a disposal. Thanks!

My details. I had good service on Apr. 1, 2020 for an 11 am appointment. The plumber was very polite. I did not know if the problem was a matter of my particular sink and the hardware, but it did take the plumber two full hours to take out the pipe and remove the garburator. During that time, he had to leave to get something out of his truck; and at another point he asked to use my bathroom. I assumed it was to wash his hands, but he used the toilette [urinated]. I gave him antiseptic wipes to use, and he continued working. Call it Canadian politeness or just plain foolishness, but I said nothing. I am 68 years old with a chest condition and I have spent the night fretting about this incident. I am not sure how to proceed. Perhaps someone could respond to this post.
