I placed an order for a medium double double at 10:30pm on Feb 5 2023.Had to phone the the store to get someone to come to the window, and had to explain to them it was now 10:40 pm. I was told the person that took my order had left.Great staff

Hopefully I can share as absolutely 0 stars. (Apparently I have to make it at least one but I would prefer 0) Just had an experience tonight at the Acton Tim Hortons with a lady who is supposedly the manager no clue what her name was kept saying it way to fast for me to hear and refused to write it down for me. Went though the drive through and asked if they had caramel shots (haven’t had them in months yet still advertise caramel iced caps) she somehow misheard for farmers wrap? Don’t know how but she then said “after 4 o’clock” what the heck does after 4 o’clock have to do with a caramel shot? When that was asked she proceeded to start to yell and argue through the drive through speaker. Then told me I was the one being rude when she was the one yelling at me. I asked if she can take my order and she said sure. Took my order then when I drove up to the window she started yelling as a way to defend herself for hearing the wrong thing. I asked her to write her name down for me and she proceeded to yell “no you can write it down my name is _____” absolutely no clue what her name was asked her multiple times to write her name down and she refused then refused to serve me and slammed the window in my face. I will NOT be returning to this location. Would love to get in contact with the owner. If this is how a manager acts then they shouldn’t be a manager let alone working in any sort of customer service establishments.

Food and drink were good, drive thru service was slow, rude and poor. Guy at the window was more interested in talking and flirting with the girl working with him than serving me at the window. Took him 5 mins to make an ice cap and get a donut as I waited at the window. Didn't even acknowledge me as he kept the conversation going with the girl behind him.

This used to be the most efficient and consistent location. They've not lost their consistency though, this is my 4th bagel in 5 days, completely charred.

Customer AND food service has been terrible lately.I use to rave about this location, now I dread going. I order a medium iced coffee with extra sugar and extra cream every time - last few visits have resulted in a medium cup of cream (basically - it was white in colour), messy (lids not tightened, dripping when given to me, spills in car), no sugar… I honestly start thinking they do this on purpose. If employees can’t hold up the basic standard, they shouldn’t work there. Please invest more in your location.
