I can’t say enough good things about working with Val from Alexanians Guelph location. From the minute I walked in he was attentive, friendly and helpful.After getting quotes from other flooring companies who told me they didn’t do stairs so I’d have to hire a separate stair company or they don’t move furniture so I would have to rent a pod and move all of my furniture into it (!) I went to Alexanians simply to see if they had a particular colour of LVP I was interested in.As I vented to Val about having to find a stair company and moving pod etc. he said “we do stairs, and railings, and we move the furniture (no pod needed!). I was thrilled! The price was very reasonable and my floors look amazing.They are Cortec Sea Salt Oak LVP, stairs are stained red oak (and the custom stain is a PERFECT match).We had a few hiccups along the way which were no fault of Val’s but he reassured me and dealt with every problem and worry I had.I would not hesitate to recommend Alexanians. They have wonderful products but Val was honestly the best part. 10/10 customer service! Thank you Val!

It was lovely working with the people at Alexanian's. They were able to get me the natural carpet I wanted and were very accommodating with regards to delivery. I am grateful for their expertise and good customer service. I am thrilled with area rug.

We had an excellent experience getting our stairs and floor replaced. Val was very considerate to our needs and was active in connecting us with a contractor that could fit our schedule. While the spindles we wanted did not work, Andrew was able to provide an excellent alternative. We are very satisfied with the final product. Top marks for fast and professional installation.

Val and Colleen looked after us from the moment we walked in. We wanted to redo almost our new whole home with hardwood and Val made sure not only to work within our budget but to also find something that we really loved. That meant ordering samples early and ensuring the floor worked for us. Installers did a great job, even in a difficult room that had a curve. We couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Excellent experience dealing with Rick and his staff in the purchase of vinyl flooring for our basement and the stairs leading down into it.
