Newcastle Beach

Disgusting water, no dogs allowed, not even a beach. Would not waste your time.

Great place for a dip on a hot day! Family friendly on the main beach but if you walk a little upstream there is a rocky beach which is great if you have a dog! Water wasn’t too cold and they had bathrooms near by!

It's pretty nice, great to go down to the water.Nice areas a long the road to stop and good distance between you and another group of people for sitting.

I really enjoyed discovering it although it looks a tad run down" due to the extensive berm realignment going on there currently. Will visit again in the summer"

Very small beach but kids loved it laying in it. I think it is a good place for kayaking and rafting.

Cool little beach, but beware of going too far into the river, it has a current. There's a baseball diamond here and you can rent e-bikes, canoes, and kayaks nearby. Easy and cheap way to cool off a hot summer day in the badlands!

This is a nice family beach on the river in Drumheller,Alberta, Canada.

Really nice spot on the river. There are also other amenities there (hockey, baseball, dog park ...) but for us it was the beach that we wanted. We swam, caught crayfish, and kayaked. If you cross the river a little upstream, you can kayak up the river offshoot until you reach the river again barely upstream of some decent rapids! So that was strenuous but fun!

Small park don't have sand only rocks. It has a port to down boat .

It's the only beach and Drumheller that they have available to the public it's not horrible it's a nice place to go on a hot day. And if you just wanna chill and enjoy the sun. Just figured out that they do have bathrooms and free showers at the entrance in the building off to the left (west) side of the road. but it's a great place 4 tubing and suitable for families with little ones. The river is so calm and you can pretty much walk most of it. they have boat access to the river for your canoes, boats and whatever else. I come here every year and I have so much fun and enjoy the sun every time. Drumheller Is my Arizona in Alberta. Xoxoxo great ppl too.
