The Body Shop

I went to this store today and there was no staff anywhere to be found. While I was looking at products, a woman that worked there approached me and asked if I needed help. I stated that I didn’t. I finished picking my products within minutes and went to the checkout. She was rude and had an attitude. This is probably the last time I go to this location. Customer service here is absolutely brutal.

I want to give a shout out to Tiffany who went above and beyond for me after a mix up on a click and collect order. Without getting into the crazy details of the mix up, all I'll say is she and her manager and district manager worked together to exceed my expectations in making it right. Thanks again!

I agree with the reviewer below, I would not shop at this location again, but I'll continue shop at other TBS locations.I came into this location looking for a specific gift set. The other locations I visited were completely sold out of the satsuma scent and this location had one left in the smaller set. I was looking for the bigger set but i was told they were sold out of that particular scent and only had the smaller one. I decided to get the smaller one. At check out, the SA told me that she could make me the (bigger set) in the satsuma scent by just grabbing the individual items in store and putting it together in a gift box. Elated, I said OK!! Once all the item were collected she rang them up individually and told me that there was a promo on and it would apply to it. I was happy. Until I found out that she wouldn't give me the price that the bigger set was (which was quite. bit cheaper). I was confused as I thought that was what she told me she would do. She then proceeded to tell me that she couldn't give me the same price as the bundle they have in store because each bundle comes with different items". Uh.... how does that make sense when you LITERALLY went and picked out the EXACT same items in store for me just in a different scent.I left the store with the smaller gift set but I didn't feel great about the experience I had. I wouldn't return to this location

I am using bodyshop’s products over five years with hand creams, bath, and body lotions; however, this location the customer service is really bad. I would strongly suggest ppl go to other locations to get your product.

Excellent customer service from Tatianna who helped me with taking the time to explain the different options they had for dry skin and how each option was a little different from the other. She was knowledgeable in the products which stood out for me as someone that was good at representing the brand!

Always a great experience here--every time I go I walk out feeling better! The staff are lovely, particularly Mariah, who is super knowledgeable about every product and what it contains. My favourite store!

I always have a good shopping experience at The Body Shop. I was looking for a specific product and the staff helped me find exactly what I wanted and I got to try some other products to find one that worked best for me. Love their products.

I love this store but the last time I was here the customer service was awful. The girl helping me had an attitude and I was nothing but polite to her. I originally planned to only buy one item, but she insisted there was a deal if I picked another item too. I tried to tell her I just want one but she insisted so I purchased something I don’t want/need because I didn’t feel like arguing. I plan to return the item at another location. Even before she begged me to participate in the “deal” she seemed bothered by me being in the store and made it clear she did not want to be there. I work in customer service myself and I understand that everyone has bad days, but this was just embarrassing and I will only shop at other locations of this store, never this particular one again.

The young lady that helped me was extremely helpful. Answered all my questions and was focused on me all the time. Cheer's to their staff.
