This is what great customer service looks like! I ordered a trigger a month ago and no thanks to Canada Post after over three weeks it was returned to sender. I have a match this weekend and was exploring other options as I didn't think any possible fast fixes were possible. Donna, bless her soul and patience as I know this wasn't their fault but she and the Hirsch team really went above and beyond! They overnighted the trigger to me all the way to Vancouver! Installing it now and looking forward to my match this weekend. Thank you very much team Hirsch. I can't recommend them enough. Shop in confidence with them.

Purchased Forester dies in 6.5 Creedmoor. Nice to be able to get some reloading supplies 'locally'. Have only dealt with them online, but service was excellent and prices competitive. Look forward to stopping into the store when I am in the neighbourhood.

I Placed an order with the folks at Hirsch several years ago. Unfortunately the order was shipped late and thus it did not arrive until over a week after the quoted time.I ordered again from Hirsch due to the strong availability they have and let me tell you, what a turn around from the pervious experience. I placed my order in the early hours of the day and I'm not kidding, they had the thing confirmed at 3AM and it was out the door that morning.Extremely impressed. to put into perspective I had an order coming directly from Quebec placed at the same time, Hirsch's shipping time put it at my door at the same day, and this order had to travel from Nova Scotia THROUGH Quebec.Well Done folks.
