We had asked for an automatic sensor to be put on our tank in January 2022. In December 2022 our tank ran out of propane and was not refilled automatically. We had requested for our tank to be filled on December 16th and to have the sensor (that was supposed to be installed 11 months ago) installed. We received a notification on December 21st that propane would be delivered. No propane was delivered, we called on December 22nd and we were told that it would certainly be delivered. No propane delivered again, so another call made on December 23rd and we were told that no doubts it was absolutely arriving on today. No propane again, on Christmas Eve we call and we are told a truck is in the area and would deliver propane by end of day. No propane delivered. Numerous calls made on the 26th and 27th being told that we would receive a call back from a manager about our frustrations however no calls back were ever made.A family with 3 small children left without propane for over 10 days is absolutely unacceptable, and customer service has been the absolute worst I have ever experienced. This is a business that is NOT honest or forthcoming, and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Please save yourselves time and money by looking for any other propane provider in your area - I know will be!

We now have 5 years of experience with Superior Propane, and no prior dealings with alternative LPG suppliers. Service has always been excellent. The Smart Tank/Mobile App make it very easy to place an order and track everything, and every person we have dealt with has been exceptional.

This Company works to satisfy their Customers I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for awesome service and great people to solve issues with. out of a 10 Ratio I give them 20 they are excellent

I had my propane tank taken out and returned to Superior Propane on August 28, 2022. The tank was 70% full. The amount was supposed to be refunded to me along with the remaining months of tank rental, about 10 months!To date, December 7, 2022 I have not received my refund! I have called twice and sent three e-mails!! I have been told twice that someone would call me back and they haven't!I can just imagine that if the tables were turned and I owed them about $200.00 they wouldn't wait 3 months for their money!! No. It would be in collections and I would be charged interest daily!! But I won't get interest. I'd be happy with getting what is owed to me!So if you are thinking about signing up with Superior Propane, think again! This is the customer service you get!!Glad I moved companies in PEI!!
