No feedback or follow up with test results. Wasn’t so much of a service, especially not worth what I paid for. Seems only one doctor is running the whole show in the office. I understand that it’s not easy to run a practice for sure. If it’s only good for getting a prescription or requisition, then probably Telus Health Care is a much better option. For same day doctor visit, urgent care centre is way better and much more professional with full staff support for way less fees for patients without insurance coverage or free with MSP coverage. I’m sorry to say my visit to Perpetual is not meeting up with the basic expectations, especially for $129 + tax per visit. Quite disappointed and won’t be recommending to anyone.

This office shamelessly profits from the lack of available public health care. Nobody in Canada should have to pay privately for health care, and any office taking advantage of patients by de-enrolling from MSP ought to be put out of business.

I met Dr. Nwosu today for the first time for a pre-op health check, and was really pleased with my experience. I have seen some negative comments about this clinic’s decision to go private, and to be honest I was taken aback by the fee for service initially, but upon further reflection, I think if I am in a position to pay, perhaps this could open up a spot in a public health clinic for someone who is not in a position to pay. The current state of BC’s healthcare is no secret, it’s in crisis and it needs resolving. But in the meantime, we all have to stop placing blame on healthcare professionals for doing what they need to do to stay afloat. I thought Dr. Nwosu’s patient care was thorough today, she is kind, and I look forward to my next appointment with her.

Dr Nwosu and the office Staff have been very helpful and attentive to my medical requirements to keep me strong & healthy. I am grateful to have a very knowledgeable Doctor taking care of me..As for the fee we are aware how high costs are to maintain an office example the Rent , Staff and the necessary’ supplies. Everyone is entitled to a fair living therefore the fee is required.,,Anna ☀️

I became one of the first patients of Dr. Nwosu after she took over the practice of my former doctor. I am more than satisfied with the care provided by Dr. Nwosu. She answers telephone calls quickly. Appointments are provided in a timely manner. She is knowledgeable and competent. Dr. Nwosu has taken the time necessary to listen to my concerns and to provide the help I sought every time I consulted her.Dr. Nwosu is a very courageous woman. When she saw that the Medical Services Plan was not working, she withdrew from the plan, which enabled her to provide the quality service she wanted for her patients.

My personal experience here was fine. I see several reviews about bedside manner, and I do agree the doctor here is blunt and to the point; however, I don't think that's entirely a bad thing. She was respectful, asked good questions, and we were out quickly.

Dr. Nwosu has proven to be an excellent doctor. She is very organized and responds very quickly if we contact her by phone. We can get in person appointments within a day or two if needed but she also makes good use of phone appointments for simple things. Her has never made us feel rushed and provided time for questions. She reviews our lab results and then gets back to us to discuss them quickly. She also provides updates by email about what is happening at her clinic, such as a walking group she had started. We are very happy to have found her.

They don't bill through MSP, so I had to pay $130 out of pocket. (I didn't even know this was a thing. Is this even legal?) The office and exam rooms were unbearably hot. I had cut the tip of my finger off, so I selected this place from a list of clinics specifically stating they could handle lacerations. The doctor barely even looked at my injury. She wasn't even sure she had bandages to reapply after taking off the ones I had applied myself. She told me to wash it with hydrogen peroxide and keep it clean, which I already knew. Total waste of my time and money.

I have to thank Dr. Nwosu for the big help to my post acute sequelae of Covid-19. When other doctors do not know what the problem is and do not know what to do, she was the first one to point out long covid to me. She keeps her knowledge up to date. I am very thankful to her.

These people should be ashamed of themselves, taking advantage of problems in our healthcare to charge for private healthcare. I don’t think it is legal to offer private GP services and not work with MSP.Edit to respond: you are not de-enrolled from MSP as your MSP number is 34565.You are actively privatizing healthcare and deteriorating our system.
