Craftstone Knives

I’m a professional Chef and have ordered 4 of these knives. The first two I ordered had the marble handle. In my opinion, possibly a touch too heavy, but I still adore them and they are STUNNING! Plus, I should have used my common sense, but they were just so beautiful! I expressed my very menial concerns and the owner, Gabriel, was very quick to respond and attempt to rectify the situation. But let me be very clear, I am thrilled with my knives! The next two I got very for butchering purposes with wood handles and they are just as amazing only lighter. My Executive Chef is constantly asking if he can use my carving knife because “It’s the best one in the kitchen”! Overall, I couldn’t be happier with this company. Gabriel and his team are amazing, the knives are not only beautiful, but rival any “Big Name” knives that everyone loves to flaunt. And I cannot say enough about the customer service - above and beyond doesn’t even cover it. Thank you, Gabriel, for making me the envy of my kitchen!

J'adore mon couteau!!! Je fais de la cuisine depuis longtemps et j'ai plusieurs couteaux mais celui de Craftsone (chef 10'') est mon coup de coeur! Super bien balancé (manche de bois) et coupant comme il le faut!Qualité exceptionnelle! Merci pour tes judicieux conseils Gabriel et pour ta patience!
