If you want to buy a car by risking losing everything, this place is right for you. If you have a tiny bit of dignity, then AVOID THIS PLACE at all cost.Ali and Charles and their whole team are thieves with no skills for consumer service. Nothing matters more for this place than how to rip off the people that trust them for their car deals.Credit check and forced deposit before even trying the car, forced warranties even after repeating that we were not interested, false car inspections indicating a perfect car that had to be returned 3 days and the garage kept the car for more than a week without updating us or even knowing what was happening with it.Overall, the worst experience I could ever imagine happened at this place and I hope that nobody else goes through this unbearable stress for a car deal.

Worst experience ever!!!! I wanted to look at 2017 Mazda CX-3 and before I come to visit, the car was sold out. They could have told me as I called to check for my appointment rather than wasting my time. Secondly, I wanted to explore more cars but the guy wasn't interested in showing and just wanted to go home ( he was already wearing his winter coat at 4:30 pm ! ). Very very disappointed and will never buy from HGregoire again. Even I told my friend to stay away from it as she is looking for a car as well.

We got amazing service. Andres really went the extra mile. He did everything he could to make the experience great . He even ansered me on his day off. I have not seen that in a long time. . They are great. Great service great people and really make sure that every issue is addressed. I would highly recommend . Very happy with my purchase and the experience as well.

This is the worst customer experience I have had in my life. Not only was my document signing process done sloppily but the car was a mess. The rep was unsure if i was signing the correct paper and multiple times i had to correct the rep on the papers given to me because i was given the wrong copies 3 times. Furthermore, i was told and promised that a 100$ deposit would get me a cleaning and preparation of the car for pickup. The car was so dirty on pickup I'm not sure if it was cleaned at all. there were coffee stains int he cup holder and crumbs all over. After a long discussion i was offered a 1 hour cleaning that resulted in some water being poured into the cup-holders and the floor mats patted down. The service was so horrendous from a name brand dealer that it feels like a personal insult. i would rather lose one of my nuts than shop here again.

If you want to sell your car avoid this company, they will evaluate your car minus 70 to 80 percent of your real value of the car on market.Just a waste of time and gas going to their office.

I find it odd how it works here. You are forced to have a rep with you to go look at cars. The selection is the only good thing. The rep we had wasn't great at all. Very impatient and dismissive. You could tell all he wanted was a sale.
