Great place for raw treats for my pups. Staff are always friendly and helpful and my pups love them. Also a great place to give your pups a bath.

Took my dog here for their wash area. This was very convenient to have especially in the winter. Soap, a towel, the dryer are provided and the station makes it easy to bathe your dog. The staff was very friendly and would check in to make sure that everything was okay and everything that was needed was available. 5 stars for the service and the value pricifed.

Staff is very nice and knowledgeable. The older gentlemen was very patient with the amount of questions my husband had regarding puppy diets and kibble vs. raw. We greatly appreciated it! The store itself is very clean and organized. Love that they also have a dog wash in store too!

The staff here is always friendly and helpful. Their Big Country Raw fridge is always full. I also love all the little quick treats you can buy up at the front! Wide selection of anything you can think of for your pet!

I called this morning to inquire about a product and availability the man who answered the call was great when I arrived at the store the girl was anything but helpful and very lazy did not offer any help this Iis not the customer service I have had experience with before perhaps lack of training or who knows hope sheget proper training as it applies to customer service I won't go back to this location again .....Customer service fail

I LOVE PET VALU!!!! customer service is always amazing. The employee's are well informed and go through, I believe, a 3 week training. They have great products. And the store is a little smaller than a pet smart which I love because I always feel overwhelmed. Pet valu Carrie's the best products for your pets. Where pet smart is like a walmart

Doesn’t carry the best selection of dog supplies. Raw food/food in general is overpriced. Staff seem clueless and have under charged/over charged us several times. We have given this location multiple tries over the year of going and it just doesn’t live up to the Pet Valu brand name. Maybe some training needs to be put into place.

My favorite store when it comes to taking care of my dog. Recently switched his food from Iams to Merrick and he’s been more healthy and enjoys it way better! I stopped sacrificing my tub and have him take his baths here, where everything i would need is provided (shampoo, towel, treats!). Really grateful this store is around the corner for me!
