Kevin was able to diagnose my washer's problem over the phone after a few detailed questions. You don't become this good at what you do without experience. I would not hesitate to us North Durham Appliance for any appliance issue in the future because I know I am getting the best in the business.

This company always goes above and beyond to help their customer's. Kept my appliances going for quite a few years. Part had to be ordered from USA. Once part arrived my dyer was up and running in no time. I simply won't deal with anybody else. When I replace appliances it will only be a make they service. Then I know I have peace of mind.

We cannot say enough about this great company. They are professional, reliable, honest, friendly, and treat their customers like family. Our fridge needed a part that was not available locally. Chris found one in Windsor and had it shipped and he installed it, all within days! We were impressed! Kevin was able to ask some questions over the phone to get an idea of what the issues were before they set up an appointment. This way they had the parts with them so no return visit needed. I had an issue with my dishwasher and dryer so they set up an appt to fix both at the same time. Chris was the technician, he came right on time and was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Can’t recommend this company enough! Our fridge was having power issues and then the temperature went super warm. I called and they offered a couple of things for me to try over the phone, and then when it wasn’t working they had a technician over to check out the fridge in 2 days. Super quick and reliable, they found the issue right away (a fried wire) which was an inexpensive fix and they gave us instructions on how to prep the fridge for the repair beforehand so that it would be a quick and easy fix. They came back with the part 3 days later and our fridge is good as new. Will definitely be using them again for any future appliance repairs!

I have used North Durham Appliance for a washing machine, a stove & a fridge so far. Their customer service is excellent, they are prompt, polite & most of all, honest. They diagnosed my issue with a washing machine where the front door would not open, & it was fixed quickly by a great technician, Chris.My stove had an issue due to a power surge, right before selling. Kevin diagnosed the problem, let me know the part was discontinued & told me a new part of they could locate one would be more costly than a new stove. Great info as I just needed a working stove for the sale of my house at the time. Saved me time, effort & money.Kevin installed a water line on my new fridge & took all safety precautions during Covid. The work was done with ease, promptness & excellent service. I will always use this local business & will 100% refer my clients, family, friends, neighbours & colleagues to this company. They treat their customers like family & friends. Great company to deal with, punctual and professional. Our issue was bigger than we expected and opted to replace not repair. The technician explained everything to us allowing us to make an informed educated choice for our 12yr old fridge.Highly recommended.

Prices (for parts) are great and the staff is friendly. Laundry machine was leaking and Kevin walked me through the simple repair over the phone (not standard practice, so it was really appreciated). Bought the part from him and 4 screws later no more leak.The go to guys for your appliance repair.

Called them 3 times (morning, noon and 3 pm) at both their Oshawa numbers and left detailed messages on Friday September 2, 2022. They never called back. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

Employee actually hung up on me after telling me another employee had quit and they no longer service actual North Durham...its an hour away was his response??...and then hung up when I was suggesting that they let Paddys Market know that they don't service the area any longer, seeing as how they are being referred to for service calls in this area....was going to ask who DoES service in the area
