Hearing Excellence - Whitby
I had the best experience (wax removal) at Hearing Excellence - Whitby today. The audiologist was really warm and welcoming. Took her time to educate me on ear care and scheduled me for a follow up appointment. Amara(not sure i got the spelling) at the reception was really pleasant as well. They have my 5 star rating! Would absolutely recommend

I went there with hopes they would provide a quality product and quality service for which i did not receive either. I originally was recommended Oticon but after many issues they suggested Phonak for which I changed my hearing aids to them with bluetooth built in. First problem was if phone was in back pocket it created body sheilding" and people on other end could not understand me which defeats the purpose of this function. So don't waste your money on this feature as you will be very disappointed.Second more serious problem
