I went here to pick up some junior cue sticks and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place! they have wide selection of other accessories too and I'll be back to check it out some more. Great store!

The owner is so friendly. Had a lovely chat and can't wait to go back. Fixed 4 cues while I waited and was even generous enough to throw in a couple of spare tips.

Bought a high end pool table that was delivered in Feb.2021. Great service up to the point when it was fully paid and after that all went downhill. Table was missing a part from the factory that took ages to get and the original installation of my table was not properly centered to the room. Im guessing they didn’t have or knew how to use a measuring tape. As part of the sale I was promised some extra felt and bumpers and they never came through, feels like just a sales tactic. When I complained the service was arrogant and non existent. I ended having to hire another company to fix and reposition my table in the room.

We bought a pool table with a table tennis top for delivery on Saltspring Island, so delivery was a bit complex. Shawn in sales and Mark the installer were excellent. They worked with us to coordinate delivery, transit to and from Saltspring, set up, and all the little details in between. All in all everything went really smoothly.Our first use was over the Easter weekend with 12 family visiting, and both pool and table tennis were played constantly, providing a ton of fun for everyone. Knowledgable staff, got a complete dart set for $50 off. Great store, all kinds of cool stuff. Only issue is that the parking lot is terrible.

A great showroom with all of the tables, games, boards, etc on display. Prices are competitive with online, and it's great to see what you are getting in person. Owners and staff are very helpful. Equipment for Darts, Pool, Table Tennis, Poker, and much more.
