I have had a very good experience with Rack for Cars. Purchased a Yakima Roof rack system online and Dustin has been very knowledgeable and helpful! Excellent customer service! Moreover, they were really fast in preparing my order and I got my package delivered couple of days later in Quebec. Great company !!

I’ve been to both the south side and west end store and the associates have always been wonderful both in store and online. I’ve purchased the Thule aero blades roof rack for my bare roof. I had recently browsed their cargo boxes and really appreciated the time spent showing them to me.They have been taking their covid protocols seriously. The stores are welcoming as well. I never felt the pressure to purchase and the associates have been patient to answer all questions and to provide their honest input and suggestions. It’s definitely worth calling them for advice and visiting their stores. I see that the negative reviews left here were generally made by individuals with unrealistic expectations.

Came in on a Saturday hoping to get a part for my bike rack. They didn’t have the part, however, took the time to rethread a bolt to solve the problem. Great service!!!

I had already researched what I wanted. Made a choice to purchase from this store to keep it as Canadian as possible. I did not talk to any personnel at this store. The purchase was directly done online. The product shipped same day and arrived almost on schedule. I had a small issue with Canpar, who was chosen to ship the package. In the end I was able to figure out my shipment and I got my rack. The rack was as expected, and undamaged, I received all parts that I ordered. I was overall pleased with the timely exchange of goods. Note to this store; there are better shipping options than with Canpar that could be offered to your clientele, otherwise Thank you.

Only giving 4 star because I only dealt with them once. I dealt with them through there website I’m from a different province. They were very good at selecting the right roof rack and options for our vehicle. They are also very good at responding. We really liked the free shipping and delivery time. Their prices are competitive to other provinces.they were cheaper than my province with taxes in. Will use them again.

Like anyone else who hadn't been here before, it seemed (from online) like an odd place to buy a kayak. BUT it was actually an amazing experience and I will definitely give them all the business I can. I wasn't able to do the online transaction I wanted to, so I emailed them and they helped me immediately and made everything super easy. Then they even contacted me further to make sure I knew where I was going (not in a condescending way, but because I contacted one location and needed to go to the other). I got there and the people working loaded my kayak for me :) they were friendly and conscious of covid measures. Support local!

Purchased items on two separate occasions over the past month. They are awesome. The staff were very knowledgeable and were able to help us figure out what boat mounts we needed for our vehicles. They were not “salespeople,” they were genuinely helpful. Moreover, they were extremely fast in preparing our orders and were also able to accommodate a pickup at their other location. Great people, great business. Will be returning in the future.
