Called on short notice to balance tires as we were heading out on the highway back to NWT and was the only place open late on a Saturday.At first sight the shop looked a little on the shady side and Tim is sure a strait up say as it is but man he is a hard worker took care of us and very honest explained everything.And once we were thanked us for our business. He is hands down the best at what he does! He pays attention to the smallest details to ensure the job is done to the utmost quality. I have never came across another tire shop that during the cold season when installing weights, uses a heat gun to heat the cold steal before adhering the weights to guarentee complete adhesion because glue does not stick to a cold surface. I have a lowered vehicle with low profile tires and currently purchased a style of rim that the spokes come right to the edge and stick out an eighth of an inch, because of this installation is somewhat of a headache since it is so easy to scratch, chip, or gouge them. They come with a plastic protector for installation to help but he never used it....I examined them and out of all four not a single one had even the slightest scratch on them. There is no other person I trust when it comes to my tires. After all they are the most crucial part of the vehicle and keeping you safe.

On our way to Saskatoon, we run on a big steel and got our rear tire flat.... on a public holiday.. Thank God Tim's shop was open. Very lucky to met a friendly and informative guy. Very knowledgeable on what his doing. Never a dull moment with him. Recommended 10/10. go to Tim if you have problem with your tire. You won't regret.

Tim got me in last minute to mount and balance my tires. His prices are great and takes pride in his work. It was unfortunate to read some of the bad reviews on here but I'm convinced they are the problem and not Tim. Give him a shout and find out for yourself!

I called and the guy that answered the phone was in such rush … legit didn’t even give me one second to give him the information I was about to give and he hung up the phone on my face.. the outgoing call was legit 27 seconds. Rude

Tim is great at what he does, fixes the problem right the first time and best of all, honest. I have had winters installed on rims through him with absolutely zero complaints and most recently a quick patch of a hole caused by a shard of metal. I will be going back to the Edmonton Tire Guys if I require any other tire related services.

Tim is the manHad my tires balanced at another shop, vibration on the highway. I even took it back to them they said its a warped rim.Tim balanced my wheels, they were all off. Ride is great now.
