Went in on a Friday night, was told one piece of information by assistant sales manager.The next morning right at mall opening, completely different answer and offer (masking a hidden charge).When the bill came in a month later and we spoke with the assistant sales manager - he told us to go away and talk to a different sales associate. These guys do not care what happens to you after you sign the papers and will only help you before getting you to sign.The CRTC needs to consider investigating manipulative cases such as these because I guarantee there are more like them.

My second experience with WOW! The first was 2yrs ago and it was great. This time I dealt with Pulkit, and again had fantastic experience! His knowledge of the products and customer interaction was exceptional! I did shop around before coming here but once again I got the best deal here..see u in two years to renew my plan!

I’ve been a long time customer at Wow! Mobile boutique for over 5 years now. Clinton has always been friendly and knowledgeable on all the plans options. He’s patient and really listens to what I’m looking for to advise on the best suitable plan for me. I’ve recommended many friends and family and they’ve all had great experiences with this mobile store and the customer service from Clinton! Keep it up!

I dropped by Wow Mobile Boutique in Markville Mall. I had a great experience dealing with the Manager on Duty Pulkit Sood. He was courteous, polite, and very professional and managed to provide me with the service I was least expecting. I am happy to refer family and friends to Wow!

I've been to many carriers before but for some reason this wow mobile actually took time to answer my questions and provide as much help as possible. The best part is I told them from the beginning I was just looking and they still served me to the best of their ability and didn't brush me off. I believe the managers name was Billy and his colleague was Angela. They were amazing and I will definitely be returning back to them to purchase my new phone.

First time dealing with Wow and their service was stellar! Appointment was booked within minutes of my online application. When I met with Pulkit at the store he was super helpful and made sure I got the best deal on a phone and threw i $100 worth of accessories too. Made the switch from Fido to Koodo because of the recent outage and Pulkit made it happen with ease. Will recommend to family and friends for sure!

Absolutely rude customer service! I came up to them for a phone plan I liked, was talking to some big guy, didn’t know his name. I was conversing with him, as I was the only customer there at the boutique, but he quickly ignored me and prioritized another customer who came up to them whilst I was in mid conversation with a plan. Literally interrupted me, and straight up gave someone else customer service, and made me wait 15 minutes. After I told him I didn’t appreciate getting ignored, he called me rude and proceeded to berate me. Funny thing is, the manager in charge was next to him as well, and he didn’t even seem to care! After a few moments of this tense conversation, he refused service to me. Absolutely rude and condescending service.

I am blown away with with the incredible service I received from Diksha at the Markville mall location. Incredibly kind and knowledgable about available deals on phone plans and devices. Diksha and Pulkit truly went above and beyond to get me the very best deal for my new phone. Incredible to talk too, extremely personable and overwhelmingly generous with their time. If you are looking for a new phone, plan or cool tech they are an amazing location to check out!

I have been with WOW mobile for 3+years now and recently i upgraded to some AMAZING DEALS i got during Black FridayMy whole time with WOW MOBILE i have had MR.HAJI NABEEL help me with my phone plans and phone choices, Recently he upgraded my whole family to new phones which we are very happy with!, Mr.Haji Nabeel is an amazing associate who truly knows what the customers are looking for & he goes above and beyond to meet customers expectations, It is truly because of him i am dealing with WOW MOBILE, & happy with a new phone plan. Worst customer service experience ever. Charged more than what had been promised, and things is still not resolved after at least 4 visits, and here is the most ironical words from their manager is that they can make promise without guarantee. I can understanding if there is some communication issue during the sell, however their attitudes are very rude and disrespectful, they just want to walk away from you without really understanding the issue. Be away from them, because you never know what will happen if some things happens.
