Peak Powersports

I have two words for you in regards to peak power sports and that is impeccable service. This is my second motorcycle that I have purchased from peak powersports. Right now I feel like a little kid on Christmas day cuz I just got my new motorcycle (my new Indian).With regards to service, I have to say thank you to the ladies at the front that I dealt with. Thank you so much! You were all amazing and made my experience that much better.Nathan, again, thank you for the great service , 13 years ago I bought my victory from you guys and now I got an Indian motorcycle.You're amazing and that's why I came back. So we will see you hopefully soon for another purchase. You know what I mean.I Can't forget Gary from the Oakville location. Thank you for providing the motorcycle. I spent a lot of money (IMHO) on a used bike and when I thought I had a problem with my bike, I was quickly and fully invited to bring the bike back to be looked over. Great experience from start to finish. Had the pleasure of dealing with Perry getting a new ATV. Top Notch service before and after the sale. Very knowledgeable & friendly and took the time to make sure I was comfortable. Feel much more then just another customer. Yet to service my machine here yet but in talking to one of the techs I feel comfortable and well looked after. Peak, and Perry will be my first call for anything moving forward. Highly recommended.

Got my first bike through Peak Powersports. Amazing service and hospitality. Alex was my sales rep and Cindy was handling the finance. Both helped me out throughout the process. I wanted the bike on Thursday instead of Friday and they went above and beyond to get it ready. I was running late and they stayed behind to accommodate me. Highly recommend their services.

I recently bought a 2023 Polaris 570 with the help from Perry from Peak and I am so pleased with it!Perry was great through the whole interaction from the start. I already knew what I wanted and he made it happen without question! He was very easy to talk to and answered any questions along the way. I also took a trip in to get some heated grips and I was in and out in no time with quick efficent customer service from the employees at the service and parts counter.Can't thank the team enough at Peak Powersports Barrie for everything and I'll be back soon enough for the next accessory!-J

This place deserves more than 5 stars. I recently bought my motorcycle from them. Alex helped me every step of the way, shared his knowledge and was never pushy. The rest of the team I had interactions with were all very pleasant and customer focused. The whole environment customer service oriented. Will return and recommend others.I have to add, their prices are reasonable and fair.

Huge thank you to Josh at Peak Powersports for helping put this man on to his very first brand new motorcycle.Josh quickly realized the only question we had was when can we pick up. Of course nothing is ever as easy as signing the dotted line, but his communication from start to finish was remarkably superb. I was so pleased with the customer service at Peak. I had a BMW battery die that was two months past its warranty period and they still honoured the warranty and replaced the battery. A huge thank you to the woman who works on the parts counter who provided this great customer service. She was incredibly helpful and professional. I would recommend Peak to anyone and I will definitely be back.
