It is unfortunate we have to give Gilbert & Burke a rating of two stars. We had high hopes after reading other reviews. Having said that, the framer who G&B chose to do almost all of the work on our project was sub-par. He had a crew of two including himself to completely frame, roof and finish, exterior and interior, of a 1600 sq foot work space. This crew" would not show up for days

As a business owner and a potential client, I do appreciate the response from the owner of Gilbert+Burke. The client had a legitimate concern, however, I feel the concern was addressed at different points by G+B and something was done about it. I am glad all ended well.
