Great variety in sizes and cute styles along with a more budget conscious price.☆ ☆ Unfortunately... the older lady that does fittings was insisting I go down a band size because it will stretch out" but it was so tight it was too uncomfortable to even wear

Finally a place I felt welcome. If you aren’t the “average size” person in Nanaimo, you know how difficult it is to find not only supportive but cute/sexy designs when it comes to undies, bras and lingerie. For the first time I was able to shop with my girlfriends all together in one store (thank you for being size inclusive). The ladies were very helpful, offered a free bra fitting and helped me find a couple of cute pieces. I’ve been back many times since and will continue to support this local business that the island so badly needed. ❤️

This is the first time I’ve ever been to this store, the ladies had excellent customer service! They greeted me right at the door and made the whole process super easy and stress free (we all know bra shopping can suck!) she sized me (quick and easy) and found two styles I absolutely loved right away! She also explained the sizing process and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I’m definitely coming back. Amazing store!

I got to the mall right before closing but I had enough time to walk through, there was some good stores there that I need to check when I have more time. The Purple Cactus lingerie store on the west side of the mall (separated entrance from outside) had TONS of great products for women and some really awesome underwear for men with cool prints! I highly recommend you go there, they even have bathing suits! The customer service was top notch and they even do bra fittings! Marie was awesome and I appreciated her help and expertise! By the way they have all kinds of sizes for all kinds of women!

This is my absolute favorite place to go for bras/lingerie! Customer service is always fantastic and everyone is so friendly & knowledgeable. I have pieces that I've had for a couple of years that still look brand new. Amazing quality, and love that it's locally owned ❤️ thanks ladies, I'll forever be a customer ❤️

I had a lovely experience, the fitter was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find my perfect fit (which was a very different size than I “have” been for years). Who knew a proper fitting bra was going to be so life changing.All of the staff were amazing, welcoming and super helpful with all of my questions and helped with suggestions as there are just so many options. I won’t buy my bras from anywhere else.

The customer service was outstanding.Incredibly helpful... I went in not knowing a lot, came out buying what they suggested, and was even able to find and buy the elusive proper fitting bathing suit...highly recommended this place if you need proper fitting undergarments.

I wish for the sake of my back and frustration that I had shopped here sooner!What an amazing experience today at Purple Cactus! After 20+ years of wearing cheaply made bras that were the wrong size, I finally caved and purchased 3 beautiful bras with the help of Marie, who was kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable!For years I shopped at La Senza and never ever received the care and attention I had at purple cactus today. Not to mention I was wearing a bra 2 cup sizes too small!I will be back! Customer for life <3

Just want to say … fabulous and exceptional service. I only wear their products. I went in and had the completely wrong bra size for multiple years before getting properly fitted.(You will see this on the wall lol). The owners are amazing and i will continue to drive down from Victoria area just to come to this store.

Great bra store! I'm a 28G which is a pretty unusual size. But the girls never make me feel like I'm unusual for it. They pull beautiful things that fit me well, make me feel beautiful doing it, and help find the best sizing in different bras.
