I had furnace installed by this company a few months back and they were very fast and punctual. A few months later i had a natural gas Hot water Tank installed and got the same service. I do recommend this company for your HVAC installation and / or services.

Called to get a repair done on a unit they installed in 2008; I wasn't asking for same day service but apparently they are too busy to even discuss when they might be available. Poor customer service!!

Enfin un entrepreneur HVAC de qualité à Ottawa ! I would recommend this company at 110%... Nice service, nice people, customer oriented, quality service, this company goes beyond expectations. They will demystify the HVAC world for you by answering all your questions. The owner came to replace my furnace earlier then I expected to avoid my family and I to wait the week after where he could have sent its employees. Ils sont aussi tres ponctuel ! You can't go wrong with Clement Chauffage.

We have had great service from Clement Chauffage for several years now, but the most recent happened late on a Friday evening when Eric came and tracked down a really annoying vibration in our return air ducts. Thank you so much. Don't think we could have lived with it much longer.

If a heating contractor ever tells you that his work isn't warrantied: check out the Ontario Consumer Protection act.They don't know a thing about hydronic heating. Took a further 2 years and 60% over budget to correct design mistakes. When a system installed by them failed 1 month into operation, they tried to charge $1300 to fix it, business owner made false claim that their own work isn't under warranty. Later, a $5k boiler died @ 1.5 years due to shoddy install. Called them, got crickets.

This company installed the furnace on a home I recently moved into. i phoned them to update them on new ownership/learn of any past maintenance. They never called back, I had to call back and the man seemed to make up information out of air. Very unprofessional. I shared this with him and that we would never use them for any service calls if needed in the future.

I called Clement Chauffage for repairs on a wallmout A/C unit they installed in 2011. They scheduled the appointment within 48 hours and had the unit working like new. Professional and courteous staff with attention to details. Highly recommended.
