PARADISE DEVELOPMENTS

Neighbours behind us moved into their Paradise homes in October. It's now near the end of July, and they still have no grass and outstanding PDI items. The Fieldgate homes next to them, those neighbours moved into their homes in September and have grass. This company does not care about its customers. They are busy trying to finish homes in the next phase enough that they can close and collect money. But can't even lay grass down for customers that have been in their homes for 8 months. Anyone but Paradise.

Buying your first new home can be a daunting task especially in today's market but the team at paradise developments made me feel confident that I was making the right decision. Their team is easy to reach and eager to help. What they offer in their properties makes you feel like you are getting every dollars worth. I could not be happier with my decision and highly recommend them to anybody who is looking for a new home.

Worst company in history. Greedy to grab their money but horrible to fix repairs or even hand over a clean house on closing. Dead flies everywhere that they can not figure out where they are coming from. Horrible workmanship on the actual property. When you ask why they can't get on top of getting things done they tell you that they have a 150 houses to close. That is not my problem!! Took the appliances that come with the house as it was now an investment property, the appliances don't even fit the space properly.(washer and dryer don't fit side by side) So why give this as the standard appliance package? Walls are uneven, windows not sealed, stairs are rough with unnecessary straight cuts in the wood that show and is not evening being fixed. Stair stain doesn't even match, you can see they only did 1 coat and left it. I have left the property vacant for 2mths in the hopes that the builder will fix before anything but they don't care. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUILDER! Customer care or appreciation is out the door with them.

One of the worst builder. I moved to their site Beechwood at the end of 2020. So far I have had 2 incidents where few of the shingles flew off due to high winds. These shingles can withstand high winds. When I filed a complaint the first time, they said shingles are warrantied for 1 yr only and they don't cover (act of God). The issue was the shingles are installed incorrectly by their contractor that they fail to accept and acknowledge. None of the other houses in my neighbourhood were affected. When I called my contractor, he fixed the loose/damaged shingles and pointed out why they ripped off, which was due to the nails not going through the designated area of the shingles for steady and secure installation. There are too many other little things to mention. I would NOT recommend this builder to potential home buyers

BUYER BEWARE: Paradise Developments is one of the biggest crooks and are terrible builders. Once they've taken your money their customer service will drop off to non-existent, you will receive your house half done and they will do what they can to make it a terrible home buying experience for you. If I can leave potential customers with 1 piece of advice: consider ANY other builder, other than Paradise Developments if you want to have a good home buying experience. Awful company with awful customer service.

This builder deletes comments on their socials to maintain a positive image. If you really want business from customers you should be transparent. Also this builder thinks they can charge Jan - Feb 2022 prices for their precons and think it will sell. Good luck with that strategy in a rising rates environment. Good luck with reducing prices with increased supply costs and trade strikes as operating margins will be very thin

When we moved into our house recently there were items that had not been completed. We were happy with the quick response from the Paradise team in getting the items completed and are happy to be moved into our new home.

My wife and I were nervous about purchasing a new build given the stories we've heard but I have been pleasantly surprised and pleased by this builder throughout this stressful process

They charge way too much for the quality of work they do. These professional scammers were charging nearly 2 million dollars for houses in Brampton that probably cost them less than a million to build and they are all under appraising values. Dispicable!

Don't ever buy a house from paradise. Worst customer service ever and build quality is awful. Don't make the same mistake as me.
