My bad experience might have been a result of them being busy, but I ordered a milk tea with brown sugar pearls. First it took forever to get my order, second they gave some other pearls that were definitely not brown sugar and third it was so sweet that it was inedible. I had to add milk to it, see picture, so I could drink some when I got home.Unfortunately, I will not be coming back. It looks like they do not know how to manage demand and it really affects the quality of their product. Hope they can figure it out. The employees looked like they were having a really bad time, it was a massive mess. Even after I paid they had to come back and ask me what I had ordered and still got it wrong.

It was a little confusing because at first it looked like just a presotea and then we asked if they had a dessert menu. We tried the peanut butter and condensed milk waffle and it was so good! The peanut butter was warm and fresh. They also have other snacks and drinks available.

They don't even deserve to have 1star. I have waited for more than a hour and still not getting all the items that I ordered. They are so under staff. They get so busy and still not turning off their delivery platforms. Waiting in the line for the refund took me 20 minutes. They totally ignored their customers and only answering the delivery guys. Even the deliveries needed to wait for their order. Everyone was complaining. The frieds foods were cold. Their ustensils are not properly washed. Btw I saw them filling up half the cup of their brown sugar MILK with water instead of actual milk while waiting in the line to ask for a refund.

Excellent experience! We visited yesterday morning. We were served by Joy and she was friendly, and patient in explaining the variety of cakes. We got Macha Crepe Cake at the end and it was delicious. Definitely visiting again!

Best Asian dessert and bubble tea in town! Authentic bubble tea with nice chewable bubbles, egg waffle is crispy outside and tender inside, 5 star recommend! Mango sago with perfect sweetness and salt crispy chicken will not fail you. Love from Vancouver!

Not authentic Korean bingsoo. The flavour was ok but I did not like how they put cornflakes in the bingsoo. The shaved ice also didn’t taste so milky. For 20$, I expected it to be better.

Great place for bubble tea and Chinese desserts (only this place made some good bubble waffles with Chinese flavor (like salted egg yolk, dry pork flakes (salted flavor) etc...)Although this place is small but there is still a few places to sit (if you want to enjoy the dessert in the store, maybe around 15 places seated). Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They take the time to make sure your order is right.The only thing that I have to point out is there service. It's very slow in general..so if you are in a hurry...not a good place to go.

First time to be here with friends, it reminders me the desserts in my home town. The fruit is fresh. The deep fried snack is freshly fried, the chicken inside is juicy. Its small in here if its packed. But its a nice spot to hang out!!! They also serve bubble tea!! Love this little spot, will be back.

This is THE place to go to for authentic shaved ice in Montreal. You know it's authentic when it's not just tasteless ice, it's thin flakes of ice cream with generous toppings that can be found not just on the surface, but in the middle as well. Sublime!
