Josh is a great personal trainer who helps tailor workouts to meet your goals. After training with Josh, I became much more confident in the gym and how to use the machines. Josh taught me the importance of mind to muscle connection and this helped activate my muscles during workouts. I highly recommend Josh as a personal trainer and if you're looking to gain confidence in the gym.

Josh was a great trainer! I learned a lot from him and developed more confidence as I got started working out. During the sessions, he gave clear feedback and was very encouraging. I was also able to get all my questions answered. Only thing I would say is Josh can get pretty busy, and arranging sessions and dealing with some logistics can be a little tricky. Overall I am satisfied with my experience with Josh.

Josh has been my trainer for years and I will never go with anyone else. He's extremely detail oriented, pays close attention to my goals and is really good at tailoring my program and diet plan to meet them. He's helped me significantly improve my posture and endurance (I deal with chronic pain and back issues), build a healthier relationship with food (I've lost 20lbs+ over the years and kept it off) and motivating me to do my best while being realistic about goal setting, especially according to my own lifestyle.I recommended him to a friend and she's had good things to say as well. I've struggled in the past with other trainers that focused solely on building muscle but Josh has helped me improve my strength, posture, mobility and mindset too. Josh really cares about helping his clients, highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience taking kickboxing lessons with Josh! He's great at giving instructions and encouraging you throughout the sessions. He makes sure he understands your fitness goals and sticks to a plan to help you achieve them. He's lively and incredibly personable, at the same time very professional and knowledgeable about the techniques of kickboxing. I'd highly recommend working with him if you're looking to improve your fitness with a fun coach!

I have been training kick boxing, boxing, and Muay thai for a year at round 5 fitness with coach Josh. Super chill and nice dude and has lots of knowledge about martial arts. Perfect coach for people that wants to improve or learn martial arts. Definitely give it a try with coach Josh!

Been boxing and weight training with Josh since 2022 and it’s honestly changed my lifestyle and the way I lift/diet/approach fitness. He’s a really well-rounded trainer that is so flexible and able to cater to different types of clients and their needs. His approach does not only focus on the lifting during the session but goes past that to adjusting your lifestyle habits to fit your specific fitness goals. That was what really stood out to me and where I saw the most improvement in my fitness. I would definitely recommend him for anyone who is interested in personal training or just needing a new approach to progressing further towards their fitness goals.

Really enjoyed working with Josh, he helped me stay physically active back when all my school programs and the gyms were mostly closed back during pandemic times. I still apply what he taught me to my daily life!
