Wendy's Country Market

We were in Lyndhurst and decided to check out Wendy's Country Market. The fruits and vegetables are so fresh. They also have freshly baked bread. We bought sourdough bread and cheesebread which were still warm and were so good.  They also have cheese, pork, beef, fish, jams and so much more.  I bought some shiitake mushrooms which were so clean, firm and smooth. We will surely go back to this place when we are in the area.

Cute country market with tonnes of local meats and other products from all around the area. Worth the trip out to this unique market!

Such a beautiful place to explore! They have so many options of home cooked meals, to local fresh fruits and vegetables as well as many pretty flowers for sale. They also, have an amazing farm that you can see and pet animals. Overall, great place to visit for an adventure outside of town!

Do Not Miss This Place.Children enjoy the farm animals, for gardeners a wide selection of bedding plants and flowers and there is a spectacular selection of local food for all. There is a gluten-free selection, from sausages to pies.Sometimes the produce is picked and has come from the field within two minutes (you can watch the wagon), it really is THAT FRESH! Therefore the taste is incomparable to anything but veg from your own garden. Go inside for local meats, cheeses and other yummy produce from local farms.The owner and her family (three generations) are helpful and knowledgeable. Never in my life have I been so torn between looking for more and going home to eat my latest find. After more than five years of visiting this place there is still more to discover.

Awesome! A jewel of a market hidden away on a country sideroad. Knowledgeable and great looking staff. Its worth the drive. Watch for chickens and ducks underfoot.

As fresh and local as you can get without being a farmer yourself. Wendy stocks nearly everything you'd need from a grocery store - just time your visit for the fresh-baked sourdough and best selection of meats. Friendly personal service from a COVID-compliant counter.

Great farm stand. Found all our fresh Ontario produce for the cottage! A special thanks for letting us visit the animals! See you next year.

This is a wonderful place. Everything we got from there was fantastic!! Blueberry muffins are a must have!! The fruit and veggies are so good and fresh! Bonus...There are little animals you can pet out back. Love this place and everyone there!

Very impressive! You can find a lot of local products there, including really fresh veggies,gluten-free bread, frozen meat, cheese curds, cured meat and sausages, jam and herb. Go visit her store, she won't let you don't.
