Their prices are very expensive unless you wait for special sales. I've had nothing but poor experiences with staff, from not knowing anything about the products to just being unhelpful in general.

Great sales but man the service is terrible! They had two pairs of the exact same jeans in two different sizes. The one in my size had a visual sticker peal on it like the sale sticker had fallen off it. The other larger size still had the sticker so I brought up both sizes to be helpful. She wouldn’t take it at the sticker price for the smaller size. It’s the same pair of jeans..... she wanted to charge me $260 instead of $50. Spoke to me in a super passive aggressive tone like I was a child. I get that the store is closing but you should still treat customers kindly.

The worest customer service ever I recived by their Manger at yorkdale mall which supose considered one of the busiest store. I wouldnt blam the rest of their staff when they are rude and are not willing to help a customer with two kids under two years old. I think they should post a sign at their door( SELF SERVICE) so that people shouldnt ask them for help and they shouldnt get mad. When a manger doesnt want to help you out and tell you go check yourself then wow. I wouldnt be shock to get it from their employee. They dont deserve that one star but I dont have the option to choose a big Zero for them.

Store closing sale is going on. 20%-40% still very expensive. Nice shoes collections with good price.

Went to buy a iron. The one chosen had only display model. Clerk said it would be a few weeks to order one and would not sell display model. Came home and ordered on Amazon with 2 day delivery. 20 dollars cheaper free delivery.Go figure why box stores closing.

Customer Service Was Outstanding!My fiance and I went into Home Outfitters today to complete our registry for our upcoming wedding. We had our 1 and a half year old with us (who is always a handful and VERY busy). I would just like to say that the staff was amazing. Lesley helped us with setting up the registry, walked us through the store, gave us pointers, and visited us a few times to make sure that we were doing okay.Another staff member also visited us a few times. The whole experience was just so pleasant and we would highly recommend this location!Thank you!

Not a bad store. But I have had issues getting items like body pillows here.

A store that has furniture of high quality,beds,and all related beddings..pillows..sheets etc.Large and bright ,it is easy to see everything..If equiping your kitchen is your plan then there is everything you Need..Look for the seasonal related items for fun unique items.

I love this place they always have a great variety and the prices are fair I hate to see them leaving Peterborough
