Friendly and professional staff from both Willowbrook Optometry and LensCrafters. Sales associate Alvin also went above in beyond making sure our experience in store was a great one. Travelled to Langley from Alberta to visit family and noticed one of the nose pieces on my glasses had fallen off. I took the glasses to LensCrafters in Willowbrook mall to see if I could get them repaired. Its Easter long weekend and the store is packed. I submitted my request at the till and was out the door in less than 10 minutes with the repair done and no charge. The service was exceptional considering that I had not even purchased my glasses at LensCrafters. Thanks LensCrafters next time I need Glasses I'm coming straight to you.

Angela looked after ourselves and her willingness to work with us and the glasses we had already chosen, was outstanding. She could have assisted in trying to choose different glasses, but she spent extra effort in making the current pair fit perfectly. Great attention to detail also. We’re a very satisfied with Angela’s people skills, great job!!

Alvin is very passionate with his job. He took his time explaining thoroughly about the options that we can have. His friendly customer service is 10 out of 10.
