This location has consistently made errors with my orders and the staff always seem to be unaware of why I am not receiving the items I ordered. Looking confuse when they took the order, even making clarification when I was placing the order, but say the order wasn't placed. Customer service needs serious improvements on many levels.

Worst experience ever here. If I could give a lower score I would. I’ve been going here for over 10 years and finally decided to do a review. Whether your in the drive or if you run in to save time it’s the exact same. Bad communication, no one greets you properly or says please and thank you for anything. The orders are wrong 90 percent of the time. I saw 20 plus cars in a line out side when I decided to go in because I only saw 2 people inside. When I got in I stood and waited for 20 min. This is unacceptable for a Corporation this big with training and management in place. Whenever I order a double espresso I come to the window and they start making it then instead of having it ready. If I order a double double I get 4 cream 4 sugars doesn’t make any sense to me, also to add to this they charge you for other peoples orders and then want to charge you the difference instead of honouring it to you for wasting time and it being there own mistake Definitely don’t recommend going to this location. Also if the manager uses this review to teach there staff remember it’s the managements fault not the front line workers as they should get the right tracing and be overlooked before being thrown into a fire. I say this based on my wife’s experience working at Tim Hortons.

Walk-in customers are NOT WELCOME here. If you walk-in here you will not be served at all. All 4-5 staffs seems to be ignore walk-in customers as they can't make the Drive-Thru wait. After waiting for good 10 mintues I had to request someone to take my order. On that I was RUDELY told by the female staff that you will be served when your turn comes. Why dont you close walkin if you cant manage it? Bad Food and Rude Staff is identity of this Tims location.

Usually its a busy place. The staff is polite but once ina whilw they forget what you asked. thats the only reason i did not give them five stars.

I would give 0 if i can! Ordered in drive thru for 1 medium coffee and a freaking donut! It took about 10mins to order and another 5-10 mins waiting in the window for your order! You can see staff don’t care and just moving like they are in the mall window shopping! Highly not recommended! If you want to grab a coffee quick just go to the other drive thru across the street by the esso! They are more efficient! Horrible

Horrendous Service-Doesn’t matter if it’s drive thru or Dine in,They’ve Never got my order right. Can’t even get a Bagel right like how big of a job it is, coffee is never stirred chai tea latte is always water downed like what are the employees getting paid for!Wish I could give negative stars .Just look at the bagel I got-LIKE SEROUSLY GUYS???All the salt and pepper at one place and the butter too.Is this a joke to you guys ?

Went through the drive through this morning, first of all the person didn't say anything to me I had to say hello and ask if I can place my order. After a good minute they replied asking what I wanted to order. When I got to the window the lady said to drive up half way past the window and then she would give me my order. After leaving, when I checked my cup (because it felt oddly light), I realized they didn't even fill up my cup. Really bad service here. I'd recommend finding a different Tim's to go to. Just terrible service all around.

worst experience. I placed an order through drive thru. Firstly they did not speak anything for 2-3 minutes and when I said hello , a lady answered with a bad attitude . she was so rude when she took the order.

They lie that they accept walkin from 7 as it was very rude behaviour by the lady as she dint bothered about the line up and was doing their own work Nd refused for taking orders.
