This is the best sushi joint in kelowna. I’ve been to Japan, I’ve tried sushi from everywhere. Yama kitchen brings the same quality that I had in Tokyo. I used to be a bluetail guy but their quality went down when they franchised.Anyone that says momo is the best is lying to your face and they have zero clue. Yama kitchen is the best.I’ll keep coming back

Local treasure! Authentic sushi and Japanese cuisine made by the best people. This is one of my top 3 favourite sushi restaurants in town. On this visit, I had the sashimi bento box: spring roll, seaweed salad, dragon roll, sashimi… Everything was perfect. Complimented by green tea. I will be back soon!

Absolutely Perfect !! Had lunch there..arrived at 11:30.... super friendly...great service.... AMAZING sushi !!! Love their green tea !! Completely delicious and way above my expectations !! Thank you for a wonderful experience !!

This little hidden gem was a lovely stop over after hiking Knox mountain. They had a huge selection of a la carte sushi and japanese foods. The service of the family owners was incredible and they hold their restaurant to a high standard in terms of service, hygiene, and taste. Will definitely return here whenever I'm in Kelowna!

Pretty good but not really special.Udon portion is quite big.Seems like bento option is good but didn't try.Staff was nice.

First time here, and I tried ordering the Yama Bento and it was really good! Hope to come back again when i visit Kelowna. Super polite staff.

Great! The food was fresh and delicious. The service was so attentive and exceptionally friendly, we felt so comfortable. It was a great choice for a casual lunch/dinner. Very fair pricing as well. Highly recommend.

Ordered take out and decided to go with party tray C. The lady was friendly and accommodated our request.The was lot of food for the price. Everything we got was flavorful and fresh. Will definitely go back for sushi when we visit Kelowna again.
