A totally deceptive company that thrives on confusion and disguised charges to hoodwink clients at every turn. Physical store staff entice customers with so called deals and 'reduced monthly plans' that turn out to cost hundreds of dollars in extra charges and expenses. Customers are asked to sign lengthly contracts brimming with non-understandable legalese designed to confuse and confound. The federal ombudsman needs to launch an enquiry into these practices as soon as possible as consumers are left powerless to recover costs that are TOTALLY different to what they were told in the store

Horrible customer service.. the manager(she/her) poorly explain services. It seems no one wanted to work and help us. She couldn't explain anything properly, and/or clearly. Waste of time. Better to call Rogers for better services.

After being a rogers customer for 15 or so years, I have switched over to bell because of the horrible customer service and misinformation I received from Charmi and her team at this location. Beware of getting scammed and I would advise going to a different location.

The 2 employees who were working last night till 9pm were extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. They set up our new phones and we ended up keeping them till after 9pm and they had no complaints. Impressive service.

What a fabulous location. Called today at 12:26 and was able to get an appointment for 1:30. Micheal assisted me and my mom today with my dad phone. Michael was super helpful we left today with a brand new phone as well as a brand new plan for my dad. Thank you very much for all your help today. We all really appreciate your help. I definitely would recommend this location.

I actually received great service at this store setting up my phone. However, the sales associate told me that I would get premium protection for free (15.99/month) and my first bill came with the charge. Additionally, they did not waive the transfer fee as I was going from account to RPP (50.00). I called Rogers today (customer support) and asked if both charges were going to be credited on the next bill, and they yes to the 50.00 transfer fee and said there is no such thing as the protection deal. Rogers customer support removed it and credited me back, but I am glad I did not wait for the second billing period. So beware of these types of sales tactics!! I just think it's a bit shoddy, especially when the service was great overall.
