Quality Inn & Conference Centre

Really disappointed. First off when I checked in I couldn’t use company credit card. Asked for a room upstairs and was put in a room with a loose door latch. Could c outside room into hall. So paid for it with my debit. I understand why the no to credit card even though I use it and accepted at 95 percent of hotels. But the 300.00 dollar security deposit was way overboard. I noticed the elevator was out of order. Maybe why the bottom floor. The room was ok. King size bed. Tv worked. Carpets are stretched and should be replaced. The lobby was very nice. The front desk staff are friendly and professional. The hotel needs some TLC. They do hand out a bag of chips and bottle of water. To Choice members. There is a 5:00 discount to restaurant right off lobby. So it’s not free breakfast.? Lots of parking. Close to restaurants. Also noticed sign broken and a chunk of plastic hanging waiting to drop on person or vehicle. ? That dropped a star.
