Kelly is by far the most patient person I have ever met!! We started the process of looking for my new home approximately 6 months ago and he has been so professional in his guidance on my behalf. I have recently relocated back to Canada, so my situation was quite complicated, however Kelly took his time to find the right answers to all of the convoluted questions and curve balls thrown at him. He also understood what I wanted (I think he did... although I did my best to confuse him:) He was always available at a drop of a hat to show me yet another property and we must have seen around 40+. On June2, I called the office and asked for a showing of a condo in Sidney.Next day I met Kelly and he answered all of my questions in a forthright manner. On several occasions he went over and above my expectations as I was in the Lower Mainland and Kelly was there at my request for the building and other inspections.I trusted him and he walked me through how to Docu Sign, with great patience. ( I am over 70)Kelly handled everything with professionalism, a smile and a wicked sense of humour.I had the keys to my new place , unbelievably, 15 days from the showing and cannot say enough good things about him. Me and my partner recently purchased a new home in Victoria and we cannot say enough about how helpful and awesome Kelly was throughout the process. We actually stated looking at properties on the Island I think about 4 years ago when we would visit family on the island from Vancouver. First I would like to say that Kelly is a stand up guy and very easy to work with. He was very helpful and was available anytime I needed him. I would say that I had one of the hardest sales but he stuck with it and made it happen! If you are looking for and honest hard working Realtor that goes above and beyond Kelly is the one for you.

Kelly is a fantastic realtor. Our family had a very challenging situation with having to sell from afar a home that had been abandoned for a while and was filled with garbage etc. It took us a number of months to work out the ownership of the home and during this time Kelly was by our side the entire way. He helped find terminal cleaners, an electrician and a plumber and on a number of occasions met me at the home in its past state so I wouldn't have to go through things on my own. When it was time to sell he expedited the listing and ensured a great deal in the end. I would highly recommend Kelly for you - whether you are selling or buying a home!
