What a great experience! From consult to surgery, all staff were great! Unreal customer service. The staff members answered my questions, efficiently guided me through the whole process, and made the surgery as easy as can be. Dr.King was great with my surgery and was as professional as possible! I have been wearing glasses/contacts for 12 years, so it has been great having my vision back. Huge thank you to all the staff at LASIK MD.

All the staff (clinical, counselling and administrative) are extremely friendly and provide excellent, calm and helpful guidance throughout the whole procedure. I felt very well taken care of. 4 days out from my procedure and I am blown away by how clear my vision is now.

The experience was great from start to finish. The staff were all extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The clinic was very well laid out, clean and organized. Doctor Gan did an amazing job and the procedure was over before I knew it. Shout out to Bonnie who was so calm, friendly and just out my mind at easy. Such a great experience. Getting laser eye surgery was the best decision ever. I wish I would’ve done it sooner. The whole staff was so caring and thoughtful. They made me feel comfortable with the whole process and the procedure itself was painless. I had a bit of stinging in my eyes for the 3-4 hours after the surgery but resting in a dark room made it feel so much better. I woke up the morning pain free and was clear vision. It was amazing!!

I had my surgery with Dr. Gan just about a month ago now and my vision is even better than 20/20!At reception, Bonnie, Sandra, Chantale were so warm and greeted me like family.Dr Purba is incredibly thorough in making sure you are good and ready for surgery. She will answer any questions or concerns you may have, and explain it in a way that you actually understand.During surgery Dr. Gan was great at explaining everything that was going on and continued to put mind even more at ease.Every step from paperwork to post surgery was flawless and I honestly couldn't ask for better eyesight! They really actually care about you here and want you to have the best possible experience.My husband also completed PRK yesterday and is already healing beautifully and seeing so much clearer than he ever has in his life.I highly recommend LasikMD to anyone who needs vision correction.So much love and thanks to the whole team at LasikMD!P.S.Thanks to Davina for checking in on me throughout the waiting period and making sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Great so far. I had my surgery 24 hours ago and I can already drive. Have some minor discomfort but nowhere close to what I expected. All of the staff were great to deal with. I’m So happy I no longer need glasses.One complaint I would have if any is that I was left waiting for the surgery after paying for about 1.5 hours. Seemed a little unnecessary to have me come in so early.Overall though I’m very happy.

Works like magic! Procedure was weird but not painful. Easy to follow post operative instructions. Already seeing my vision improve and I can't wait until it stabilizes into my final result!

I went in after 34 years of needing glasses. The atmosphere was calm and inviting.The staff were great! Helpful, friendly and accommodating.I have pretty high anxiety and was really worried about side effects.When I went in to see the doctor I was given (something) closer to surgery to help decrease my anxiety, which was awesome.The procedure itself was a little uncomfortable when they used the round piece of equipment to keep my eye open, but not painful.I didn't feel anything from the incision or laser at all.That first night I only had to use the numbing drops once. I woke up this morning (day after) feeling slightly dry, but nothing close to what I expected. My vision sharper than ever.I went in for my post op checkup and found I now have better than 20/20 vision.I cannot recommend this enough. Seriously. It's one of the best decisions I've ever made.I know everybody's experience is different, but my personal opinion is that this is highly highly recommended!

Such an incredible experience from start to finish! The whole Lasik MD team was very thorough with testing and communication. I truly appreciated everyone explaining every step before, during and after the procedure, so I knew what to expect and anticipate.This was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made to better my life. My experience with Lasik was amazing, from the consultation all the way through to post op. The consultation call was quick and informative, their representative was highly knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. We booked my surgery and I showed up at the clinic a couple of weeks later. Surgery day took a total of about 4 hours, the majority of which was testing. The surgery itself took about 10 minutes and was quick and painless. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The next day I came in for my post-op and they checked me out, taking a total of 15 mins. Overall, I am highly satisfied and can see better than I ever have! Thank you!
