Kathy was AMAZING, fast and efficient! She checked every crack and crevice, every outlet and appliance! She even made a return trip when we couldn’t access the attic and the seller had to remove a cabinet. We got our report back within 12 hours.

Kathy Walls is an honest and thorough inspector. Thanks to her, we avoided getting in way over our heads. While it is sometimes hard to look at, what you believe to be, your dream house in a critical way, she saved us from a house with a failing foundation ($55,000 repair estimate,) and asbestos in the fireplace and attic. It's her ability to tell you what you need know, rather than what you want to hear, that makes her invaluable! Will be using her again very soon!

Kathy is amazing! She is professional, prompt, honest and a great communicator. As a first time home buyer, I was having loads of anxiety.
