The spa wellness

My experience was very positive with Deanne and her team. I have been a the Spa for a variety of services, and all staff have demonstrated a strong knowledge base and professional demeanor. It is very clean and quiet, plus it is highly convenient for anyone who lives in the Mission area. These are some of the reasons I have been there on numerous occasions!Sally O'Rourke

The owner is extremely unprofessional. My husband and I had a couples massage there and the room was not a private room just one of those room separators by the front entrance. It was not relaxing at all as I was continuously worried about someone coming in the front door. She is not knowledgable about insurance either and became verbally abusive towards me. I continued to get emails for promotions and emailed asking politely to be removed from her mailing list and she again became verbally abusive once again calling me names and threatening me in the email. I asked more than once for her to stop contacting me and remove me from her mailing list and her final email was calling me fat, ugly and a loser. The people who did our massages were great but the owner makes this place a very unpleasant place to go to and the set up is very uncomfortable. I do not recommend this spa at all.
