Once they sell you the car, they do not care. Service is terrible. My apple car play has worked on and off since i received my new car. They fixed it once, but it stopped working the next day. took an appointment in feb for march. they kept the car 2 days and did not even look at it. They gave me a rental (not mercedes) and it was dirty. they told me they would call me back with another appointment as in 2 days they did not look at it. they never called me back. when i finally called they now gave me an appointment for May! i told them this was too long to go without my GPS. they told me to leave a message with the manager and the guy that takes care of my maintenance. It has now been a week and no one has called me back. I used to have a Cadillac and the service center was a million times better. I love my mercedes but the service is simply non existant.

Went for service today, Rude receptionist to unwelcome you as soon as you enter. Booked a courtesy car only to offer a Nissan micro for a replacement of 2022 cls AMG. I respectfully declined, wanted to speak with a manager but arrogant receptionist pointed that I should talk with my service agent. To the owner, please close your shop as you don't deserve to represent mercedes with these rude staff around

Amazing service from sales and service departments. They hire great people!The whole system when going to service the vehicle is not well set up. They book a ton of ppl at the same time, so get there, wait in line in your car, finally drive in, you wait again, get assigned an advisor, wait in line (again!) to speak with them, so by the time you're done, you're put and about your day at 8:30 when you had a 7:30 apt.It's far from efficient. That's the only annoying thing about MB West Island in my experience

Extremely satisfied. Benz is Benz but the team makes this dealership stand out.Extraordinary service from the Finance department Mrs. Julie Naud. She is a valuable asset to the company.This was our third purchase from Mercedes Benz in the past nine years and we have always been happy. From the reception Miss Channel to the sales representative Mr. Daniel all helpful and nice.I have to mention that Mrs. Julie Naud went the extra miles to assure timely and extremely smooth transaction. She lifted the weight off our shoulders in this busy life by calling the Motor vehicle department for us and staying on a long hold to take care of us with special request that we had. Five star Service *****.We strongly recommend this great team to whoever is in the market to update their Mercedes Benz or up-grate to one.When you buy a Mercedes you are not just buying a reliable car, you are buying many years of pleasant experience that starts at the dealership level and this location has been providing it to us multiple times.

Best experience in Montreal. Great thx to Patrick Elbaz, he’s been so helpful during the whole process. I visited 4 other dealers before I went to Benz West Island, the service I received was much more than I expected. I bought this 2015 used B250, it looked like a brand new car when delivered to me, changed many new parts like wipers, brake pads, new mats and so on. it’s almost a month, although it was bought AS IS, but when I got some potential problem with it, Patrick immediately helped me solve it, and it turned out to be no problem for now. This is my 2nd buying experience from Mercedes, I strongly recommend Patrick Elbaz to anyone who would need a Mercedes car.

I’m sitting at Lub DDO waiting for my Sprinters oil to be changed after picking it up from Mercedes Montreal West Island.I dropped it off Monday evening with the instructions to do a full 120,000 mile service and replace two tires. They called this morning more than 48 hours later to tell me they were closing due to a holiday tomorrow.The work was originally expected to be complete on Wednesday and then promised again for today.They did the tires and a full inspection but nothing else. They “apologized” for not doing the tuneup as they admitted they had plenty of time to complete their service. Instead they focused on finding additional mechanical work they could recommend.They said I would have to wait till Monday, even though they knew my timing was critical as I am on a long road trip and cannot stay in Montreal any longer.Very disappointed about the service and their lack of concern for my situation.

Absolutely horrible service. They delivered my car with a broken rim, the day after I got my car I started putting air in my tire not realizing it was a problem. When I finally advise them, they made me come in to 4 different times never advising me they were not paying for it. Changed my winter tires onto the broken rim. When I complained, they told me I asked them to do put my new tires on a broken rim (lol absolutely ridiculous) and then refuse to call me back when I ask for a solution. Garbage service. Garbage customer service. Dishonest. 0 stars.

Asked for parts department over the last few days. Was transfered to service. Service outs me in extended hold. Called today, parts closes at 1.30. I commented that I have been trying to get through for several days and mentioned what I just wrote. Person hangs up on me, no sorry, no goodbye, nothing. Rude. Is this a Mercedes dealer or a Lada dealer?

Called a month in advance for a vehicle recall and promised a service car while my car gets worked on. Upon arrival they say I can’t have a service vehicle and I need to be 21 (I’m 20) was left without a car for the whole day and had errands to run. They would rather pay for a 40$ taxi to my house and back then give me a vehicle for the day just because my age. Gotta love Mercedes, the perks of buying nice cars.

Very bad experiences ! I purchased a gle coupe in November 2019. As I drove it home, two days later,I recognized the rear left wheel was miss-installed.It bulged at the edge compared with others. I had to drive it back to adjust it. And that afternoon , when I opened the trunk I found the trunk board(to isolate the trunk and the back window) missed! I called to the dealer asked what had happened, they replied maybe they put it somewhere but can not find it. Finally the salesman help me get another one from a demo vehicle. The next April when I drove on the No.20 highway, at the 95 speed,the vehicle kept trembling in sudden. And the engin fault light turned on . After I drove to the dealer, they told me it should be repaired the next day. That evening the app showed the car was driven to 70kms outside Montreal, stopped at a dwelling place! The next day I was told the high voltage circuits fault. It almost a brand new car, I can’t believe it was supposed to happen like this! And they explained it was driven to a private place in order to measure the performance of the engin. It not the end, when I went to Maintain the car by 10000km, they told me they would tear open the engin, because the ignition system still fault. After that, On 4th this August I got a flat tire on the rear left wheel unfortunately, so I bought a new tire from the dealer, they installed it. Today I checked the date it was made, I recognized it was made by 2years ago.I went to ask the repair service the guy told me it was legal. I asked him what is the standard to define a tire to be treated as a new one or an old one, he emphasized it will be seen as a new one without installed. I asked him what the factor will effect a tiré’s hole life . He told me one is the time the other is depend on how do use it . I said ok, if a tire never been used it stayed in stock for 10years, will it still be treated as a new one? After he called the manufacturer he told me if this condition, within 5years it should be as a new one. I told him, I paid the full money without even use I lost 2years durations, is it fair to a client? He always emphasized it a new one. Totally unacceptable ! I will accuse this dealer! So pls don’t ever go to this place, never!
