I love this store, but the heavy set male worker always has super greasy hair. I'm a regular customer, & I often wonder if hygiene is not a requirement of his job??? Lately I have noticed staff has been very minimal much of time. It's ridiculous that this company does not properly staff their store, making their customers wait in long lines. I feel sorry for the staff. The cashiers do their best to keep it moving, but it must be stressful.Dollarama is operating as profit over people more & more these days. Also $2 for their hideous green reusable bags is taking advantage of their customers!!! SHAME ON YOU DOLLARAMA!

It was very busy. They have good stock and relatively clean store, but took 20 minutes in line to pay for 1 item. There were 2 clerks working, but some people had carts and baskets full of items, plus there were about 10-15 people ahead of me. Really should have 2-3 self checkouts like many other Dollarama stores have.

NO self checkout...ended up having to leave before buying items.Long checkout line clearly due to staff chatting w/ coworkers non-stop causing extremely slow checkout process.....
