Shoppers Drug Mart

The customer service is really bad. An asian lady in mid 30s was too rude, she was acting like she doing a favour for just doing her job. Overall this was a bad experience. Based on recent reviews, shoppers management should take action on such rude staff.

Garbage is overflowing in the parking lot.New photos added on 21 July 2022- no changes. Shoppers back door still has pile if stinky garbage with lots of flies. They should.do something about it.

Neither one from the Pharmacy Department nor the entire store picks up when you call. I have been waiting on hold for 30 mins at one point just to talk to someone so I can check if my prescriptions have been filled. I finally talked to a guy who tells me that it's been ready. I go there and see 3 guys manning the Pharmacy and not one customer in sight. I linger for a bit. Still not busy on a Thursday late afternoon. I get home, decided to count the abx pills and find that it's one pill less. I tried, keyword: TRIED to call again and surprise, no one is picking up. After 3x of waiting on hold for 15mins I decided to finally stop. Sadly, this is a regular occurrence with this location. There are a handful of good and efficient staff here but it's unfortunate they are overshadowed by the actions of the majority.

I have been using this Shoppers as my regular pharmacy for several months now and they are consistently late to refill my prescriptions. I have had to go without necessary medication on multiple occasions, waiting anywhere from several hours to days. I am signed up for prescription updates to let me know my medication is ready for pickup; despite this, I come in and it still isn’t done. I get that staff shortages are an issue but people need their medications and these waits are unacceptable. It is hard enough to find medical care in this region and securing those earlier steps are stressful. The last point of contact is the pharmacy and they are arguably the most important. after this refill I will be looking for a new pharmacy as my health depends on it.

I went to this location today to get some cosmetics. There were 3 girls (staff) standing at the cosmetic cash register talking to each other. When I entered, there was no hello, no welcome and no acknowledgement that someone even came in. I had a question about product and interrupted" their conversation

Girl in cosmetics need some customer service skills. Get a life girl, there is a difference between arguing and requesting. I’m sure you can do better.

They often times won't pick up the phone all day at the pharmacy. So if u get a prescription faxed there through online doctors be prepared to have to go to the store to see If ur script is there or ready or anything u wanna ask. Unbelievable for a business to throw under the bus

We were here today late in the afternoon (Monday) with my daughter around 4PM. The staff were kinda weird because they keep on looking and following us, I don’t know why and it’s our first time shopping here. My daughter was just taking her time looking around to buy some toys. The experience was so bad compared to the other locations that we’ve been to. I would give -zero if I could. Please always treat your customers with respect.

I requested transfer my presctiption from another pharmacy to this one on 29 April, and I received an email that it was ready.I decided to call, but nobody answered the phone after many attempts throughout the morning. I called customer service to ask why they didn't answer, and they said the guy was busy.When I finally I was able to talk with the pharmacy person called Wu, he seemed not to understand what I was asking. He said he was alone checking all other faxes, overall confused, unhelpful, and terrible service.I don't think this person knows what he's doing, or if he is capable, trained, or appropriate to perform that kind of job, someone able to respond to our questions.The only affected here is us, the customer who really needs their prescriptions on time, Shoppers has constantly proved its a hassle to get something so important as prescriptions.I will try to find any other pharmacy than Shoppers urgently because this one is just awful!

The pharmacy there is sooooo bad..They have no idea what they were doing..My doctor sent them the prescription the day before I went to pick up.. but they told it wasn't ready yet.. are you kidding me? It's more than 30 hrs already..and it still hasn't been ready to pick up yet... and the pharmacist is very unprofessionalSTAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOPPER
