The worst experience I’ve EVER had with a courier company. And horrible customer service, they said they deliver my package so I went to check and it wasn’t there so I called immediately, and they told me they were going to send the driver back to get it and bring it to me the same day, and of course that wasn’t true. So I called again in the morning and they accused me of having the package, which I didn’t, so I had to call the company I bought the product from and they said the driver handed my package to someone who wasn’t me and then proceeded to lie to me saying they left it outside and they would retrieve it, ended up getting a refund, I wish you could pick courier companies because this one would not exist if it was like that. Completely disgusted with this company.

Absolutely terrible experience from them, came with my package told me I owed duty fees with no warning, paid it seconds before he left, said he’d he back the next day or today (Friday) says it’s out for delivery still at 10:34 at night and no parcel? No updates no nothing, calling everyday does nothing call centres don’t help what’s so ever. Will never use this delivery service again after receiving my package if and when it shows up. Don’t believe them when they say a date.

Waited on hold for over 13 minutes (the first call) and when I was finally answered, I received not one ounce of help from a lady in the (Brampton Call Centre - allegedly,) as she had no way to transfer my call. The only assistance I did receive was that because it was a Final Attempt"

Unfortunately not my first time dealing with Loomis. My parcel has been there for 3 days and after no word I had to contact customer service, they tried telling me my address was “bad” and “they are unable to access location”. even thought they didn’t even try and they delivered many packages to my home avoid Loomis Express if you can save yourself the headache.

The worst experience ever. After having called multiple times and put on hold for hours, finally able to talk with someone who told me I needed to drive to their abandoned warehouse location to pick up the package at 2pm. Once I get there, driving 45 minutes out of my way, I arrived to a locked door and no answer. I called back and am told no drivers are there until the next week… lead on a wild goose chase and wasted an hour and a half of my day

I've had to deal with them twice. The first time they said my address didn't exist so they sent it back, but they didn't say that so I had no idea where my package was. The second time they just wouldn't deliver it, even after digitally signing for them to leave it at the door. Loomis is the worst company and I am going to make an effort to ensure my packages don't get shipped through them ever again. Don't use Loomis. Ugh

EDIT: My one-star review from February 2020 is below this one, but I wanted to update this with my second Loomis experience. When I saw that an online shopping delivery was being fulfilled by Loomis, I was expecting another long struggle, and was pleased to be proven wrong. I received my delivery on time, and the worker was even kind enough to carry my very heavy package across my parking lot - we just got new pavement yesterday so driving wasn't possible. THANK YOU!! This experience was five stars, so I'll change my rating to three stars overall.Original review: I have been waiting over a week since my parcel's expected arrival date"

Loomis is the company which tends to deliver all cold goods; so when I ordered a smoothie service, this was the company I got.The poor small business that makes the smoothies is seriously losing out on money because of this company. 3 times in a month, after they continued resending me my products to me in hopes of giving me a happy experience, Loomis delivered sopping, fermented smoothies to my deck weeks after they were expected. Many times, I filed complaints with the smoothie company who couldn't figure out what was going on - until we looked into the company who delivered their goods and found out that the boxes had been sitting in their trucks upwards of 5-8 days... instead of being delivered. These products were packaged to travel, but within a very specific time frame. They were packaged with dry ice. Even that was melted when I got them.They do NOT care about temperatures, time frames and do not value the businesses they deliver for or the clients receiving products. If you're purchasing a chilled product from a company; please, inquire who delivers their parcels and let them know, at least on PEI, that Loomis is complete and utter trash.

So this is my first experience with Loomis and hopefully my last. I bought a gift for a friend for christmas time and the company I ordered through actually used DHL, but Loomis was the one to deliver it. Now over all this wouldn't have been a problem except I had paid some duty fees on the package since it was coming from the US. DHL sent me an email of the receipt to show as proof of payment to the driver. I sent that email to my friend no problem!When the package finally did show up, with a Loomis driver insisted to my friend that the receipt she showed them didn't matter and that it wasn't paid for, even though the waybill # and everything was on it, so my friend was essentially forced to double pay on duties for a gift that had already been paid for. I'm more than a little mad. When I contacted them on the phone they told me that it was DHL's responsibility to pay me back.There's something wrong with having everything you need and the delivery driver still holds your parcel ransom.

Very helpful staff. I was trying to locate a package that was coming from the UK. The staff managed to point me in the right direction and the package was delivered.
