Reply to Owner - If you watched the video recording, you would have also seen that my friend was holding his ID in his hand and telling the lady that he have ID, But maybe she didn't want to give us the products we were buying. He was showing ID and he was the one to pay. But she was saying that he also couldn't buy stuff because I was with him. I bought the whiskey a few months ago so no one asked me for ID. Do these rules change from time to time?

Why 3 out of 5. Pricing labels MUST be more visibly. Bigger and colorful. New in town from Toronto so got confuses about this type of retailers. I paid almost 20cad for 350ml of Absolute when 750ml was 28cad. Later during the week I went to BC liquor to find out alcohol is way cheaper. 12cad for 350ml Absolute. I guess convenience and less crowded spot is what YOU pay plus an AMAZING customer service. Ladies are welcoming, fast and well knowledgeable.

Very rude, Unprofessional, no manners.Prices are very high compared to other stores.This is not the first time we bought something from your store. Few months ago we bought a bottle of whisky from your store. At that time you didn’t even ask for the ID and today we want to buy only a club soda and your representatives ask us for ID. I don’t think that it’s in a liquor category. Don’t you think it’s inappropriate? There is one lady who refuses us to give club soda even after giving her my ID proof.By rating you one star don’t change the fact that your store and your representatives are cheap , rude and unprofessional.
